Blue Pearl Pet Hospital

Brought my cat in today for vomiting nd acting off- I was very anxious as I have never been to any Blue Pearl before and don't have a lot financially. I was blown away by how friendly the staff and how honest and down-to-earth our vet was. She gave us multiple options for how to go about our next steps, being upfront about costs without us even having to ask. I feel so much more comfortable knowing there is such a lovely team of emergency vets so close to us- we were told how sweet and adorable our cat was as she was returned to us. Thank you, Blue Pearl, for providing little Rhodie with amazing care!

Needed to post a review- we were so scared bringing in our French bulldog who ingested multiple raisins - we called Blue pearl for advice- they advised us to come in as soon as possible - right when we walked in the door the entire staff was friendly and assuring- I appreciate that they did not make us panic at all. They were able to treat him within an hour and he left feeling so good. Again thank you to the staff for helping my baby- and allowing me to bring him home safely

I cannot say enough good things about the caring, compassionate and overall excellent care my dog and myself have received from Blue Pearl Conshocken. My dog Lucy was diagnosed with lymphoma this past June and I was blessed with being able to have the best care team available in Dr. Kim and her staff Fionna, Sam and Marcy. They found a way to get us in the schedule and started treatment within a short amount of time and they are so encouraging yet realistic in the handling of each case. Lucy has finished her treatments and is in remission at this time and I am very hopeful for her. Dr Kim and her staff have been there for us every step of the way advising on care and possible side effects which have been pretty minimal. They are wonderful! I also did bring her in to the other side over a weekend and found the staff at the ER to be wonderful as well!

No one wants to visit a pet ER and we definitely don’t want to look at the bill. We want the care, compassion, and healing that come with the negatives. This place is great, mind you I say that because of Dr Marshall, she is excellent. She is obviously knowledgeable and caring but even more importantly she is thorough in her treatment, explanations, and teaming for pets health. The staff seems just as friendly and knowledgeable. They all seem compassionate and combined to make a bad experience as positive as it could be. I’m grateful and so is Sierra, my dog.

My oncologist at Blue Pearl is wonderful and so is every other staff member I've dealt with. Appointments are always on time, and Dr. Kim always takes time to talk to me after she sees Duey, answer questions, and explain everything. I even enjoy meeting other pet parents in the waiting room. It's an hour drive for me to get to Conshohocken, but it's worth it to me, knowing my dog is getting the best care possible.
