The staff at this office are so helpful, kind, and caring. I am so grateful that I found them. From scheduling to questions and everything in between, everyone was always fantastic. They dealt with my dog being dramatic for all of her scans and me being a worried pet parent after her surgeries. Dr. Tom was so kind, compassionate, and understanding when it was time to have a difficult conversation. I never felt rushed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring the girl that I loved the most. I don't know who was writing the names on the exam room door, but it put such a smile on my face to see the little chicago skyline underneath her name. Thank you to all of the staff for helping me take care of my sweet babe. Whenever I find myself with another dog, this is where I will be bringing them.

Lena thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions as a new pet parent and made sure Daisy felt comfortable during her first visit. The veterinarian Dr. Tom was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything about Daisy’s health and vaccination plan in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat. I left feeling confident that Daisy is in great hands. I’m so glad we found Bloomingdale Animal Hospital and I know it’s going to be our go-to place for Daisy’s care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional team!

The professionalism and dedication to their craft is top notch. Everyone shows great compassion for not only the dogs, but the families as well. They have been with us during the loss of our beloved Ivy and have been there for our injury prone Leo and Anna (thinking they are receiving some kind of kickbacks, but further investigation will be needed, they can be bribed easily with treats). They even took care of my daughter's stuffy. Would rate higher if possible. Thank you again for everything!

I’ve been bringing my pets here for over a decade. They are exactly what you would want and expect from a vet. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and cozy.
