Dr.Jason does an amazing job listening to you and making sure you understand all your pets options for better health. He is totally upto date on current scientific studies which is very reassuring. The staff as well is welcoming. friendly, and professional! I would highly recommend!!!

Great people who care about pet's and not looking to raid your pocket book. Hey! Dan B with the 1 star review..... Your dog looked like it was suffering for months and about to die. If you were actually a RESPONSIBLE pet owner you would have put it down. Blame Dr. Jason don't be a tart.

For the most part we've always had good care here. Yesterday I called about my cat and was told to keep her contained in one room and quiet because she had injured her front paws. I was told by Gabby to call between 7:50 - 10 this morning about a drop off appointment. I called at 9:45 talked to Debbie who said they NEVER tell anyone to call between those times. I replied I'm sorry I'm just doing what I was told. She also said it was not down for my cat to come in for a drop off appointment. Why would I just make this up? I was told to call back on Wednesday or Thursday at 7:30. I've been bringing my cats here for nearly 20 years and have never gotten such a run around as this time. Not sure what the problem is now. But in the meantime my cat is suffering.

This veterinarian may have been good at one time not anymore . My Labrador "Ted" was seen wensday sept 4th 2024 by jason,had his pain pills refilled because he is alittle sore in his back end. On sept 6th i called there office because my buddy Ted was having trouble breathing and was just not moving . The receptionist Debbie says to me we only take by appointment. Mind you this is the only vet my dog Ted see's . Debbie says i will leave a message for jason ,1.5 hrs later .....Debbie calls me back and i am expressing great concern that he needs to come in . Debbie says "jason says he just has a tummy ache from his medication and should be ok over the weekend. I expressed once again that there is something terribly wrong ,she became rude in her tone of voice and says jason will call you after hours ,i told her he wont make it .jason never called and i rushed him to a 24hr emergency ,he died when i laid him down on the gurney. Over 20 plus years of Blackman being my veterinarian clinic, intrusting them with my boy .NEVER WILL I TAKE ANOTHER ANIMAL OR A RECOMMENDATION....... How can jason diagnose my best friend over the phone and not even call or even say they were sorry............i call him jason because he sure isn't a doctor . You sighned up for the wrong job jason......you left me when we needed you the most or Dr.Christy.. TO BAD DR.PAT HAD TO RETIRE BECAUSE JASON HAS ALOT TO LEARN .

The vets and the assistants are great in there. Very friendly with my cats. But lets talk about the receptionist. She is very rude and makes comments that just makes me want to walk out from there. The first time I brought my kitten in there because of an emergency, she was puking, wont eat and had diarrhea. I was scared because she was only 2 months old, I was afraid to lose her. When I told this to the receptionist, she's like "Well we dont do emergency appointments in here, and I doubt that the doctors will take her" really? What kind of karen works in a animal place? If this was your kid you would never said something like this. I dont know what this woman has been through but I dont think she deserves a job in a vet place. And go figure her name is Karen.terrible.
