They take such good care of our bearded dragon. They are up front about pricing and it's very reasonable for the level of care. Every one in the office is great from the receptionists to the vets. They love their animals and were also so patient with my toddler.

Apr 11, 2025 · Carrie CliftonLove this office. Doc Emily is great. Everyone is so friendly and my Louie loves it here and that's all that counts. They do all the exam with you, so he doesn't get scared. Been coming here a year and will not change vets. Thank you guys 😊
Oct 01, 2024 · DebriarsThis place was great when Dr. Megan worked here, but has gone seriously downhill. I recently needed to book an appointment, which I specifically chose to book with Dr. O. When I arrived I was sent to a room where they instructed me to put my crested and chahoua gecko on both a heat pad and under a red heat lamp. I politely declined the lamp, as it would be much too hot and risk overheating them. They left me to wait for at least a half hour before they brought in another person to turn on the red heat lamp and do the initial exam. Again, I declined the lamp. Later, another vet came in and told me Dr. O was no longer available so she would be the one helping me. I did not wish to see this vet, as she was new, but I had been waiting for around an hour at this point so I agreed to it. This vet did not seem knowledgeable at all. She did not seem to comprehend what I was trying to tell her and had to ask Dr. O for advice on the geckos situation. I honestly do not feel confident that the geckos have been properly diagnosed/treated... And at the end of my appointment they tried to give me a care sheet and recommend a heat lamp! Yet the care sheet they gave me says heat lamps are generally unnecessary (which is true lol)🤦🏼♀️. Anyways, at this point I had been there for 2 hours and nobody had ever informed me of the long wait or asked if I wanted to reschedule. The vet tech was being quite rude as well. I was pretty upset about all this but today I got an envelope in the mail with the same care sheet they gave me before and an additional page with information about heat lamps for other reptile species, which I don't see any relevance to. Other species certainly require the lamps, but crested geckos do not. So why send me this?? I don't know if they are trying to prove a point about heat lamps or something but even the care sheet they sent says they are best kept in the temperature range that I keep them in... Anyways would no longer recommend this place. Kinda sad what it has come to.
Nov 09, 2024 · Greta BVery friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere of the place. They treated my bearded dragon with love & care. Very patient when came to poking him to get his results.
Jun 28, 2024 · Brittany WeissExcellent place to take our fur kid Cookie. She will be going here again if she needs to. Staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. The office birds were very talkative this morning. Cookie was purring at them. Highly recommend taking your pet here. Top notch all the way around!
