This is the most kind, patient, and informative vet office I have been to. They were so sweet and answered all of my questions, and gave me several options on my dogs care for affordability. I was able to get a same day appointment (literally within 2 hours of calling the office). The office and exam rooms were so clean. Thank you so much!!!

We took our dog here for more than 12 years. As he got older, he became harder to work with, and staff did not respect his change in behavior or practice patience. We had to take him to a different branch, and suddenly, with a bit of time and effort, he could be checked out without issue. On his first visit to the new branch, funny! After we had him put down, the service sent his ashes to his main clinic (Binford). When we came to pick them up, front desk staff was careless and offered no condolences, just grabbed everything from a cabinet and we were sent away. You take your dog there for more than a decade, they get fed up with his demeanor in late years, show zero sympathy when he passes… It leaves a terrible taste in the mouth. Will never take my animals here again. They make way too much money to not even bother pretending to care.

Staff were nice and they got me in quickly (although there was an extra charge for weekend care). Felt the team was a little pushy on treatment and diagnostic options for a fairly standard, mild UTI…but other than that my dog received good care. Receptionist was kind of weird about me asking for a container to drop off/bring a urine sample in. His normal vet has no issues providing a pre-paid container so I’m not having to find a random object at home or buy stuff to collect it with (which was what I was told to do). Overall it was a fine experience and my dog got the care he needed.

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Tomasic! She provides incredible care for our dogs, and I completely trust her judgment. I appreciate how thoughtful and thorough she is when considering treatment options. She’s the best vet I’ve ever taken my dogs to, and because of her, I’ll continue bringing them to Pet Wellness Clinics. Thank you, Dr. Tomasic!
