• "Over the last decade we’ve had 4 pets in Bigger Road’s care. The facility is top notch and everyone on staff is compassionate and loving. We’ve been through it all, from illnesses, injuries, surgeries, rehabilitation and end of life. Our sweet pittie Coda received the most attention, as she always seemed to have something going on medically. She absolutely LOVED going to the vet and my husband and I often joked that she faked it half the time just to go see them 🥰. She recently took a turn for the worse, as she was 13 years old and developed cancer this year. We had to make the agonizing decision to euthanize her. We planned on having it done at Bigger in Springboro, but 4 days prior she got very sick. We had to rush her to the ER Vet and she crossed the rainbow bridge there 😭. Even though Bigger Rd did not perform the service, they still sent us this beautiful memorial gift and a sweet condolences card. THANK YOU ALL for loving our babies!"
