Dr Estes, JJ and the staff at BCAH are by far the BEST Veterinary Clinic we have interacted with ever. They make you feel like you are part of the family. We drive over and hour one way, because they are the BEST!!!

I first started using Big Creek to my board my dog, Bennie, in 2019 when I would visit the area. Bennie is a rescue who had a traumatic start to life before being adopted and he is very particular about the people he trusts, which has made finding the right medical providers challenging at times. He warmed up to the staff and doctors at Big Creek quickly, and they have always gone the extra mile to make him feel comfortable. We now make the drive from Dawsonville for medical care for Bennie and our other dog, Ovi. We have had a great experience with many of the doctors, though the boys love Dr. Pollard and Dr. Estes the most, and the staff is always wonderful. Devin, especially, has always gone above and beyond from both a customer service aspect and as the boys’ vet tech! I can’t recommend them enough!

We have been going to Big Creek Animal hospital for 3 years now for both our corgis and could not ask for better doctors or vets. Dr Pollard and Dr Patel are so great with our dogs and readily answer any questions or concerns we have quickly. The vet techs and staff are also so sweet when we talk to them and always love on our pups as soon as we walk in. Cannot recommend Big Creek Animal Hospital enough!

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 5 years and even as I moved further and further away, I still come back here because I trust them implicitly to care for my pups. All of the doctors are wonderful and have helped my dogs stay happy and healthy through sickness and injury. I highly recommend Big Creek as a practice that will excellent care of your babies!

My wonderful Lab Heidi had a broken ear drum on a Saturday morning. My regular vet was closed, so my daughter recommended Big Creek. I am so thankful I went. Heidi had been having "gunky" ears and infections for quite awhile. No treatments seemed to last until Dr. Estes treated her. She definitely went the 2nd mile with Heidi. She got her on a hypoallergenic food and her ears are in great shape! I highly recommend Dr. Estes and her team.

Big Creek has been absolutely amazing to work with through the years! All of the doctors and staff are willing to go the extra mile to provide the best care for all of our dogs. They listen thoroughly to all concerns and provide top-notch, compassionate care for every paw that walks in the door! Scheduling is easy with the front desk, techs get the dogs back quickly, and the doctors are fully engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of every animal under their care. They are an amazing team!!
