Bethel Animal Hospital

I have been a client since 2019 and haven't been able to afford the vet visits and shots for my 8 year old lab for the past 5 years but i had a emergency and needed boarding for her for a week. I emailed them and asked if they still did boarding and instead of getting a response back stating something like… Hi. We see you are a client of our but Bella has not had her updated shots or exams and we would need to do that first before we could board her I received this…. We do only for our active clients---must have current exam with us current on all vaccines. How uncaring, no compassion or understanding that statement is!! Cold very cold. Theres no compassion for the ones that are NOT “their active clients” even something like yes we do but first we need to make sure the animal is current on all shots and exams. Can we set something up for you? Would be better than this cold hearted uncaring place. Sharon McQuerry

We absolutely adore Bethel Animal Hospital! They have been taking care of our beloved Jack Russell Dachshund mix for the past 10 years. When she got bitten by a copperhead, they had the life-saving anti-venom readily available. Without their quick action, she wouldn't have made it. Dr. Pete is always meticulous in his examinations, ensuring that we get all the answers we need whenever something is amiss. Dr. Pete now also takes care of my parents Belgian malinois including his after surgery care for a broken femur and teeth cleanings. We cannot express enough gratitude for this exceptional veterinary office and its incredible staff. Trust them with your furry friends, they truly go above and beyond!

I would highly recommend Dr. Pete and his great staff. He took care of Annabelle our Dachshund. And they are taking care of our new addition Miss Dottie another Dachshund. Thank you Dr. Pete and your staff for all your love for our pets. They are all God's creatures.🙏❤️

Dr Pete is simply the best! We brought our car here to get a second opinion on some medical problems. Dr Pete was so kind and helpful and was able to save our cat! Bethel is such a nice facility and everyone is so kind!

I really appreciate Dr. Soafer and her style of care. She was very straight forward with everything throughout the visit. It's the first vet I've ever visited that seemed to genuinely care for my animal. She made sure I was comfortable with the cost before proceeding with anything as well as offered various options. She was very honest with me, and I can't thank her enough for not being greedy like a lot of others in her field would've been with my pets condition. She never once tried to push me into expensive treatments or further testing, she simply let me know things were beyond any amount of money for treatments & surgeries, and advised me that it was time to make that hard decision to save my pet from a slow gruesome end and having to helplessly witness it and she didn't push me to do it there. I ended up going home & scheduling an in home euthanasia. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would've realized how bad the situation actually was, and she was right, if I would've waited another day things would've been very traumatizing. Things didn't end well for us, but because of such a wonderful Dr. we were guided in the best direction, in an affordable manner, where everyone was as comfortable as possible. She truly saved my life and the end of my long time friends'.

Wonderful hospital. They were kind and patient with my difficult kitty. Highly recommend. Dr. Pete takes the time to explain which is very much appreciated.

I am so grateful for Dr. Pete, I truly believe he saved our little girls life. Dr. Pete went above and beyond in making sure that CJ was receiving the best care possible during her serious conditions. We think she is finally on the road to recovery. I would also like to say, I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff at Bethel Animal Hospital. Thank you all so much!!!
