Excellent service all the way around. A stray 4-5 week old sick kitten wandered in my yard & after calling other local vets who could only see us in a week, Bethel Animal Clinic scheduled an appointment for the same day. We were seen immediately with no waiting room time upon our arrival & were given a full hour of care, with numerous follow-up phone calls from the vet to check on the kittens progress. Straight forward explanation of treatment and generously answered all my questions and prepared me for the worst case scenario. The kitten most likely wouldn’t have survived had I waited for the other vets to see us.

Based on recent customer feedback, experiences with Bethel Animal Clinic appear to be varied. One pet owner shared a highly positive experience, detailing the clinic's excellent and prompt service when they found a sick stray kitten. They were able to secure a same-day appointment, experienced no waiting time, and received a full hour of care. The vet provided thorough explanations, answered questions generously, prepared them for potential negative outcomes, and even made numerous follow-up calls to check on the kitten's progress. This reviewer believes the kitten's survival was due to the timely care received at Bethel Animal Clinic.
Conversely, another individual reported a negative initial interaction when inquiring about a house call for their aggressive cat needing nail clipping and potential grooming. This person described the receptionist as pessimistic and unhelpful, stating their request for a call back, regardless of the doctor's interest, was denied, leading to a feeling of rudeness and disappointment with the clinic's approach to service inquiries.
The available reviews suggest that Bethel Animal Clinic may excel in providing immediate and comprehensive care in urgent situations. However, there are contrasting perspectives on their responsiveness and customer service when handling appointment requests or service inquiries. Individuals considering Bethel Animal Clinic may want to weigh these experiences when deciding on their pet care needs.

Sep 29, 2019 · Roger FistI just called this clinic to see if they could help us out. My father and I have a cat that is very aggressive when holding or touching her with anyone except my father. We desperately want to get her nails clipped, checked, and mayne groomed, but do not want to cause her the stress by trying to put her in a pet carrier. So we were looking for a house call. The "receptionist" was very pessimistic from the beginning, then ultimately said "Well, I'll take your name and # and if the doctor is interested, she'll call you later today. If not, you wont receive a call" We're just looking for help, or direction to taking care of our pet. I questioned why we couldnt receive a call either way, she responded with the same reply. I told her that was rude and dont even bother. Its sad how some people run a business
Apr 17, 2017 · Tom RexDon't believe I have ever been treated and talked to so rude and disrespectful as I did by the receptionist at this place. Thank you but no thank you! I will most definitely take my pets elsewhere. Not sure how these people still have a business going because they are no where near kind or compassionate!
Oct 31, 2018 · Tiffany RThe veterinarian that was in there was rude to us and our dogs. But her veterinary technicians were wonderful. They were knowledgeable and our dogs loved them
Sep 08, 2016 · Dawn RaymerI loved this veterinarian. She said it like it is. Went there for26 years. Worth every penny.
