We were new patients and were welcomed so warmly! We have three dogs, two that are senior and have had a tough last 6 months with medical issues. The team at Best Friends was so thorough and sat on the floor with our pups taking their time and really showing compassion for our fur babies. They were honest about the dogs needs and gave us different options for continued care as well. We are so thankful to have found Best Friends Veterinary Center!

Best Friends Veterinary have been nothing but accommodating, kind and gave me peace of mind throughout each visit and procedure my dog needed. I was very nervous to put my older dog under anesthesia, but they were great every step of the way and my dog is recovering well. I would highly recommend coming in for a visit! If you are looking for an organized, informative, and caring veterinary team this is the place! :) My animals are happy and cared for so well here!

These ladies are phenomenal. Worth the drive and then some. Shout out to Dr. Paige, who makes every visit joyous no matter what. She has the warmest smile and the perfect bedside manner. Just enough jokes to lift you off the ground when your pet is scaring you to death. They are an educational facility, meaning they are dedicated to taking time to answer every question and accommodate owner concerns. Another very cute feature is they give your pet a lick mat, toy or treat during the procedure to help their anxiety. They care very much about how your pet is feeling emotionally as well as physically. And after all the scary stuff is over, you and your pet get to walk out into this beautiful oasis. Their grounds are a little piece of heaven on earth.

After several attempts to schedule appointments with other veterinary clinics with no success, a friend of mine referred me to Best Friends Veterinary Center for care with my newly adopted pet. The care shown by Dr. Hinz and Hope was phenomenal, and I now believe I have a trusted plan for my pet’s future health and wellness! They have been great caregivers, both of our late, elderly dog, and with our latest puppy of about 16 weeks. They obviously love all of the animals I’ve seen them deal with, and they are awesome with the humans as well!
