Best Friends Animal Hospital

I just called for a refill on potters vetsulin and was told no prescription could be given because he was due for 6 month review. I have not had the best experience with this vet office. Not only can I hear Cameron outside the room asking coworkers to wish him luck before he comes in to see my cat but I have spent allot of money there. I have also been told that potters condition is being treated poorly. He’s a rescue cat! My daughter got him for his 5th birthday and shortly after I paid for 12 teeth to be pulled. Also leading to finding out he’s diabetic. Which I have taken care of for years and never had a change in his medication. I am being refused a refill on his medication because I can’t afford to take time off work to meet your hours of operation and pay again for a meaningless apt and possible blood draw. So what do I do? Worst experience from your office. I will be taking him elsewhere and you’re not getting a good review from me

Very few businesses have great customer service. These guys are great, I've never had one issue with them for the last 2 yrs. I highly recommend Best Friends as your vet. My dog was seriously ill, dying, and they went above and beyond and saved her ( praise God!). Even if you just need a regular routine vet, pick these guys.

It can be scary and sad when something is ailing our little fur babies but Best Friends animal hospital has some excellent vets and staff that are very understanding of both you and your pets needs. Most recently I had to put down one of our cats and I couldn't have asked for a better experience or opportunity to say one more good bye. It was tough but the staff here is wonderful and made both of us feel as loved as possible during that difficult time. Thanks best friends for everything you do!

We are visiting from Colorado and decided to take our girls(2 healers) to the vet here since we have used them before a few years ago. They made such a great first impression the first time. Very welcoming, clean and convenient. No difference this go around. So happy with our services. Stephanie was the front desk today. We got a last min appointment calling this morning. Was very patient answering a few questions before setting appointment. She was very welcoming and helpful when we came in. Rebecca was awesome with the girls and us. She was very informative, answered all our questions, accommodating and nice. Leigh was amazing. Explained everything, had good recommendations nothing over the top. Very informative and confident. Thank you ladies!!

I have been taking my dog Momo here for years and I can not stress enough how incredible the staff at Best Friends Animal hospital are. They are kind, knowledgeable, empathic and they care about about my dog. Momo has a seizure disorder and they have quickly helped to manage her symptoms and create a health care plan. Costs are reasonable and they are very upfront about everything with no hidden fees or "gotchas". I recommend this veterinarian's office for your fur baby.
