A few times over the years, my dog has had a minor emergency, and every time, this office has responded immediately. Even when the office is closed, they return your messages promptly. I don't know when these guys get a day off! I have the utmost confidence in the staff, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly, kind, patient, professional.

Best friends animal healthcare? We were informed that we couldn't get an emergency check for an animal with new sudden seizures and his life is at risk. Earliest could maybe see us over a month out... When he may not be alive.... I simply was amazed, I usually do not post negative reviews but when a family member is in risk of danger or worse dieing and to feel the familure cold eerie feeling of that vast empty void of empathety and compassion for life. It is the feelings you get around anyone or anything that makes the hair stand up on you get when in that situation.. I didn't cause a fus or argue I was simply shocked it's gotten this bad in America. I'm sure a x-ray and some seizure medicine considering there's only a couple available for dogs, would have been the difference between everything...... Anything to possibly help prolonged his time until more serious check ups could happen. Idk what else to say... Choose where you put your $$ wisely. Compassion... Professional vets that legitimately care about the animals.

I cannot express enough how much this vet cares about your pets. They are always willing to help and the vet always thoroughly explains what is going on with your pet. I have never experienced patient care like this before. I deeply appreciate Best Friends and what they do for my best friend :)

Dr. Jack and his team are fantastic. We love that we found a caring, informative veterinarian in the area for our two cats. He and his team were gentle and sweet towards our kitties, even though one of them threw a tantrum when it was time to receive his shots. Thank you Best Friends!

Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Jack is extremely caring along with his assistant. Dr. Jack understands maintaining quality of life and provides the help needed to make the pet comfortable in their later years. I love his compassion for me and my fur babies.
