The office is very busy, prices are pleasantly reasonable - But - this office is VERY HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH! I had post Operative questions and was unable to get in touch with the office to discuss my concerns, I even elected to text a voicemail at my expense, not sure if it was getting sent,. I ended up calling another veterinarians office local to get the information needed. If I do Use this Veterinarian again, I will most definitely make sure before I leave this office visit that I have ALL the information that I need post op treatment and any questions that I may have before I leave & phone numbers so I can get in touch with them if anything comes up with my pet’s condition or health care that I deem important enough to contact her /his Dr. over. After all I had already paid for the surgery & services . The office did absolutely No post op follow up call, checking on Baby Luna, she had 2 surgeries in one day - she was fixed and had her little eye removed - that was a Big surgery for such a little kitty. I had an appointment, but it didn’t matter, it was 1st come - 1st serve, so what happened with the appointment? I guess that I’m just upset that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the office for a week after my kitten had surgery and no one called to check on her, & I had questions and couldn’t ask anyone about them and I really tried, without driving 45 minutes to the office to ask questions, I didn’t live in Alabama, I live in Lindale Georgia, a hot minute away. I really like using Dr. Berry he is an excellent doctor, he needs more staff to help him out with follow up & phone calls/ reception issues/ appointments. With the flu raging - people need to stay in their cars & wait for their turn - instead of waiting in the waiting area w/ their pets , it would cut down on the chaos and germs in the office, you sign in and put your phone # down anyway - the office would call you or come to your car when it’s your turn to see the vet or go back for your visit. Simple & it cuts down on the chaos & the smell in the office with all of the animals in the office area. The office area had a strong smell. The office was clean but had a strong odor.

Nice friendly people. The only downside is that they are extremely busy. I had to wait quite a bit to be called back and I failed to ask their diagnosis and they didn't offer to let me know, they just gave him medicine.

We got our dog neutered here, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Large and small animals.

We drove 1 hour to visit this new Veteranarian, Dr. Berry, in Piedmont Alabama. He was so wonderful and kind. He spent a lot of time with my Buster and explaining everything to us. He even took the time to check his medication prices to see if I could save money on Busters medication. And yes he did. So well worth the beautiful drive and to see such a wonderful Dr. Prices are so very reasonable too, so much more than our former Vet. Staff is nice also.

We took a dog with a knee problem there for a second opinion. We had an appointment and were seen shortly after the appointment time. The doctor was kind and gentle with our dog. He answered our questions and confirmed that surgery is needed to resolve the problem. We were there on a Tuesday evening, and the surgery is scheduled for Thursday of the same week. We received an estimated cost, which we found to be very reasonable. The total amount was between the estimated amounts. We are very pleased and recommend their vet services!
