This veterinary place is AMAZING!!! The women at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Danny the assistant was friendly,helpful,explained everything before hand and made sure my cat Lola stayed calm. Dr.Zamora was great he gave a few options of what was best for Lola,listened to all issues,didn't rush,and explained the cost of everything before hand. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place 100%.

I've been taking my two cats to this vet for a few years and I used to love it. But recently it has gone down hill and very fast. It's no longer a welcoming environment when you walk in. You can easily overhear the front desk workers talking badly about other pet owners that just walked out. The doctor is also incredibly condescending and repeatedly made us feel like we were the worst pet parents on the planet. Aside from the rude service from the doctor and receptionists, there is a huge issue with lack of communication. We were only given incomplete information on our pets conditions, and then scolded/shamed the next visit for not doing something. And of course, incredibly overcharged. I've been a pet parent for over a decade and am very familiar with vet bills. And I will still say that they greatly overcharge and completely lack any empathy or compassion. The only good thing I can say, is that there are 1 or 2 vet techs who are super nice and caring. Unfortunately, it's not enough to keep me going back. My babies are going else where for their care.

I used to take my cat Dillon to bensonhurst Veterinary Care since 2017. They always took great care of Dillon. We were in and out of the vet for two years trying different treatments for Dillon. The staff is very nice and Dr Zamora is excellent. Dr Zamora is very knowledgeable, informative, and very straightforward. Unfortunately my cat's health took a turn for the worst and Dr Zamora was very honest with us about his prognosis. We took our cat the next day to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. The staff was very compassionate and sympathetic. Dr Rosado was very nice and professional. I really appreciate everything they did for my cat Dillon throughout the years and I will not hesitate to return to them if I ever get another pet in the near future.

I had a fantastic experience at the vet today! They did an amazing job with my dogs vaccines full check up and nail trimming. The staff is extremely professional and clearly loves their patients like their own. I enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend.
