Today my brother had to put our beloved daisy Mae down. This clinic fit him in and handled our request with care, compassion and respect. While they were not our regular vet it didn't matter. They stepped up for us. I would recommend them a hundred times over.

Dr. Wolfe has always taken my calls after hour. Respond back with answers. Cheetah, Cheeto & Chiquita love her. I trust her expertise. My Cheetah had an ultrasound and I was told Cheetah was having liter of 3. Dr. Wolfe did an manual exam said she only felt one puppy. Omg Dr. Wolfe was corrected.

As a cat breeder (Ragdoll cats), I couldn't thank this vet clinic enough for what they've done for us! Dr. Wolfe and her team are open minded, gentle with their patients, and really personable. I take my litters of kittens there for their checkups and first vaccines, and the setting here is very calm and quiet, perfect for momma cat and kittens. The atmosphere is really unique - homey and down to earth for routine visits, but they're more than able to move mountains when needed for emergencies. Unfortunately one of our kittens developed a rare disease - called FIP / Feline Infectious Peritonitis. It's a horrible, cruel disease - it's an issue with the individual kitten's immune system and up until a few years ago was a death sentence - but now has a new treatment available for it. Dr. Wolfe has really helped with the supportive care nursing our kitten back to life across multiple visits, helped order special B-12 injections, and spent all weekend during her first diagnosis trying to help us find information on the limited treatments available for FIP. On top of all that, the cost of care for the multiple visits we've had to her, all the bloodwork and extra supplies, has been very reasonable in cost. Of course it's added up, but she really made costs manageable and reasonable. Office visits are really reasonably priced, and so are the medications, so it actually feels within reach to take pets in and get them the care needed even if more than one visit is required. Our kitten is slowly but surely recovering!! Thanks Dr. Wolfe & Team, it's so nice to have a vet in the area that really cares and has such a calm, welcoming clinic. Edit to update: our kitten’s journey to recovery has been ongoing, FIP is no joke! Throughout it all Bennett Road Animal Clinic has made emergency appointments for us, getting Pink in when she needs it most. They’ve also helped with our other cats, we even had a weekend emergency that they made time to see us for. Very grateful to have a vet in the area that cares! 🩷

Dr. Wolfe & her staff were absolutely wonderful!!! I’m visiting from out of state & my husky broke his dew claw at the dog park in Lansing & they were the only vet clinic in the area that was accepting new clients (I called 15 different clinics!). They got him in the next day & provided top notch care! Dr. Wolfe was super sweet, nice & compassionate! The staff were so sweet & kind! 10/10 highly recommend!!! Thank you Dr. Wolfe!!!

They were kind. The experience felt weird and I probably won't be back, but they had soonest availability in my area. There was no exam room used, just a curtain. They had me hold my cat, while he's clearly not having a good time, for a picture in their lobby before the exam started. I was afraid he would run out the door but we took the picture. I told them I did not want it used for their marketing and they've asked me twice if I've reconsidered since I said no initially. I didn't want my picture taken in the first place, but I understand if it's needed for a client profile or something. My cat was definitely really scared and being aggressive come exam time. That's not their fault, but we are there because he isn't feeling well. The assistant was scared to touch him in her leather gloves, and the vet wasn't directing or advising anyone anything to make this exam go smoothly. I tried assisting and calming him down but he ended up biting me for the first time and I think he peed everywhere. I'm also a little mad either they (or the software they use) sold my info and now I get random emails from other animal hospitals I've never been to. But as I stated, they were kind and tried to help my kitty out when he wasn't feeling good.
