First and last experience… I went last year for my dogs vaccinations. Waited almost an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen. At one point, the vet came into the room with another client, smeared.. some type of goop on my dogs nose and continued to talk to the other client about how that is what she should do for her dog. Never once introduced himself, knew my dogs history, asked if I was okay with it, etc. she could have been allergic, and he would never have known. Then just walked out. When he finally came, he didnt introduce himself and honestly was completely sexist the entire time. When I was simply asking questions about my puppy, he told me to “calm down”? He made me super uncomfortable and ended with why it’s best to go there because it’s cheaper.. and if I had any questions feel free to reach out.. but he wouldn’t even answer the questions I did have while I was there and was interrupting me when I did try and ask anything. Has paper records you need to keep. This place was recommended to me by someone who does go here, and I’m shocked that they even recommended it.. Waited to post a review until I found a new vet. If you only care about cheap, I’m sure there are other places to go where they care for you and your pet just a bit more.

This place is absolute trash. From the nonexistent customer service to waiting an hour for my scheduled appointment to the vet having dementia not knowing my cat’s age or sex despite repeatedly stating it, I’ve had another bad experience. I get that they are evading some taxes and fees by accepting only cash and check - but the lack of business professionalism and organization is deplorable. I hope someone looks into this “business” for their feasibility to continue operations.

Wow! Very knowledgeable, so helpful in understanding needs and what's happening. I took my bf cat in and altho took a min to be seen. We were patient and treated amazing. Kitty is healing well!

My Mother and Brother had taken my 12 year old Husky to be put to sleep due to having multiple seizures lasting more then 5 minutes for 2 days. Living in TN now, I wanted his paw print. Originally was told that it wouldn’t be an issue, then all of a sudden they wouldn’t do it because they don’t want to be held liable if it’s not a “perfect paw print “. You all fail at customer service! Most places offer that as a keep sake. You couldn’t give someone who is 13 hours away something to remember his first ever fur baby! Shame on all of you! So much for the Christmas spirit!

Wish I could give no stars. They kept no record of giving my dog TWO sets of vaccines as a puppy. The lady on the phone hung up on us and said “good I don’t have to look for it” when saying we no longer need her to look for the record since they didn’t keep one to begin with. So unsafe and unprofessional! Not to mention almost an hour and 45 min wait time in a room the two times we did go and our puppy getting horribly sick from the one shot! Please, if you care about your pets, don’t go here!
