I have been taking my pats there for 25 years. The staff is friends and I always know we are getting good care. Their prices are reasonable as far as vets go.

Absolutely amazing service. My cat developed pancreatitis last week and the clinic was able to get her in the same day, and bring her in an additional time that week as she was still not eating. She is now fully recovered and it's due to the staff's excellent care. Thank you!! Wait times were minimal and they can do blood work and x-rays on site so you know within 20 minutes what's wrong.

It’s taken me a few days to process this horrible day. I just recently switched over here a few months ago. Dr Morris has always been a very good Dr kind and empathetic. Unfortunately I wish I could say the same for the others. Horrible experience. I can’t recall the guy Dr name but he’s always rude! I had called when my dog started having issues with alarming bleeding with her heat cycle the girl Dr I talked to said it’s prob bc she’s older and brushed it off. I said I think it’s pyometra she said prob not she’s older. So another week of this I called again and said she needed to be seen something is not right it’s an emergency. She’s bleeding much more!!!! The clinic manager called me kept cutting me off when I was talking and told me to come in for blood work. I assumed it was seeing the Dr. Upon coming in the tech took her vials of blood and said you’re here for blood draw? I told her about the issues we were having and she said she would talk to the Dr about getting seen. I said I told that to the lady on the phone!!!! A while later the Dr He came in with her labs said she was really sick “dead dog walking!” in his words and I asked what we needed to do he said start with ultrasound. I showed him the pictures of the amount of blood loss he said PYOMETRA! Then he left tech gave me an estimate then said she went to get the Dr. I was waiting for them to come do the ultrasound when the manager came in the room said you need to take her to the hospital we can’t do anything here we’re closing! I said they just gave me an estimate to help her. She said well the Dr looked at her labs again and he’s not going to be able to help you need to go take her somewhere else! I said I was just told they were coming back. She responded well we’re closing now don’t have time! Now I was distraught shocked at being pushed out of the office not any empathy just a calloused lady just told me to get out of a place that I thought cared for animals! In a freaking EMERGENCY! Shocked at what just happened! I was struggling to pick up my girl off the floor bc she’s paralyzed and pretty heavy. She just stood there with a disgruntled look on her face as if I weren’t getting out fast enough! I struggled lifting her to get her to my car no vet techs no one! This absolutely broke my heart being treated this way! We will not be going back ! Got her to an amazing hospital where she passed away with RESPECT, LOVE AND Kindness!!! Do not be in this field after you lost your EMPATHY!

We called this clinic to have our pets travel certificates and rabies boosters completed, as we are moving to Germany tomorrow. I was assured that we could get everything we needed completed and sent in a timely fashion, and was even encouraged to wait an extra day so that the certificates were endorsed by the USDA within the 10 day period. We went in with our documents and got the rabies shots and the exams completed and were told they would call us when the certs got back. They seemed confident, even gave us a discount! That was Wednesday. By Friday afternoon I haven’t heard anything so I give them a call and I’m told the certificates are delayed because they never got the primary vaccine info(which I had brought with me and gave to the vet tech at our appointment) I’m frustrated, but I email over the info and I’m told they’ll get it sent over asap. That was Friday. On Saturday the doctor calls me and says the certificates have been approved! However…they won’t arrive until Tuesday afternoon….our plane leaves Tuesday morning at 6:43am. So I panic. The doctor says she’ll give me a refund which is the LEAST of my worries in that moment. I then had about 48 hours to find out what to do with my dogs. This morning I called the Scott AFB vet clinic and explained this was an emergency and they were able to get us our certificates same day (military vets don’t need USDA endorsement and yes, I had tried them first before this clinic). They were booked but made an exception given the circumstances. Icing on the cake? This morning the doctor called and said the certificates she sent off for were denied because they didn’t even include the rabies certificates that THEY issued. So we were never getting them period lol we got the refund but truely I am baffled by the lack of care that was taken by this clinic. If Scott AFB hadn’t been able to fit us in , I’d be looking at $4,000 to ship my dogs privately. Not the stress I needed in the days leading up to this trip. 0/10.

Was our vet for 16 years. Used to be great, but not anymore. Sat in lobby for 30 minutes past appointment time. People arriving 20 minutes after us being called back, so we left without iur big getting his checkup and shots. Looking for a new vet.
