Absolutely amazed at the pleasant visit we had when my dog was bit by another dog. Staff was professional, kind, compassionate, and just overall a pleasure to see at the front desk. Doctors and vet techs were equally amazing. They treated myself and my dog with compassion and understanding. I am certainly happy with the decision I made to go to them when my dog was injured and I cannot wait to get my other babies seen here! Awesome! Everything was clean, fresh, and updated.

The care we received was exceptional, every person who took care of our Princess was extraordinary, the compassion, dedication, kindness was amazing. I have never experienced such as an amazing service for our dog before. Receiving a phone call from the doctor next morning asking how my dog was doing post a visit, was the best demonstration of care, and professionalism! Will definitely come back!

This is really the best veterinary clinic I've ever found! The staff, the medical service, the attention of their employees and the love and respect they give to each pet is second to none. Unfortunately, Dr. Young is no longer present but, her love and respect for pets was so immense that she stayed in the clinic forever... You can feel it in the environment and in her employees. If you are looking for a place where they really take care of your pet in every way, this is the right clinic! I definitely recommend it!

Took my puppy in for her first visit ever and was extremely surprised by the level of care and professionalism I received from the entire staff! The vet tech and veterinarian answered all of my questions and made the process of getting medical care for my new puppy a breeze! I wanted to start of by saying that my two baby girls Pickles 🥒 & Popcorn 🍿 ( Shih-Tzu) have been PT's, with Bellalago for 5yrs. I can't stress how thankful I am to the entire staff. From the ladies at the front desk, the nurses, managers and Veterinarians. They are all such beautiful kind loving people. Dr.Juan Manuel Neria Lopez is by far most loving, compassionate and best Veterinary doctor. He has always taken his time to make sure I was well informed about the care for my girls. My Pickles 🥒 had a dental cleaning and I was SUPER nervous had she is a Cardiac patient and a senior. He took his time to go over the procedure to calm my nerves and personal called me after to let me know how she was doing. I also have to say the ladies in the front and nurses also send my updated on Pickles 🥒 as well. I wish I could give Bellalago 10 stars as they deserve that and more.
