My dog went in for a tooth extraction. It was known that was the reason we came in. I was quoted one price and when I picked my dog up it was surprising how much more the price went up. That is the only negative thing I can say. My dog was taken care of very well. Her teeth look great. And everyone was very nice. Just be prepared for a huge swing in price difference. If it weren't for the monetary discrepancy it would have been five stars.

Dr. Caputo, Brittney, Ernie…they are the best of the best. The staff are caring, smart, helpful and just plain invested in what they do. Couldn’t be more grateful for the care our elderly dogs received.

The crew that works here are true animal lovers of all kind. They are patient and understanding with individual needs and take time to answer questions regardless of how busy they are (and they are always busy). My dogs have always been treated with love, respect, and gentleness from the team there. It has a family farm feel to the place and I love that I never know what animal I am going to see coming and going. Dr. Caputo is authentic and genuine and so grateful for her service.

I've been taking my animals here for a couple years or more. While the care seems to be fine, it isn't excellent. I've had to ask extra questions to get them to check my animals out completely. I often get a slight attitude in all interactions with the Clinical staff (front desk staff has always been wonderful). Poor bedside manner is basically my main complaint. And when you have to pay hundreds of dollars for a basic annual canine wellness exam, it's nice to have a good experience on top of that.

I am appalled at the way my dog was treated here. I have never written a review online before, and I would prefer to give my feedback directly, but this vet office has no website or even an email address where I can send this. I took my very shy dog in today for a new patient exam and because he had some pain in his tail. The office staff were terrific with him, but the vet was brusque and impatient. She didn’t even introduce herself to me, so I don’t know what her name is or anything about her. She barely took the time to get to know me or my dog. Most vets will explain to the owner what they are going to do, but she barely talked to me. My dog was presenting signs of pain and fear, and she only contributed to his distress by rushing through the exam, yelling at him, and even grabbing him roughly so that his tail smashed into the floor. When I asked if we could stop for a moment because he was yelping and whining and clearly terrified, she told me no. I will never bring my dog here again. They may be wonderful with other animals, as other reviews seem to indicate, but this vet did not take the time to get to know me or my dog, and she was unable or unwilling to slow down and do the best thing for the animal. I have been to several vets and have never experienced anything like this. If you have an anxious dog, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.
