It was a sad day for me and my family yesterday (2/28) as I had taken my beloved Dewey in for eye infection. I knew it was going to be close to the end (he was almost 15 years old) and getting weaker by the day. Dr Stewart was amazing and so caring for Dewey and myself for the end of life decision. Thank you for your kindness and from the staff.

They have always taken good care of our dogs and most recently helped with us saying goodbye to our beloved Harley. They fit us in and knew when we were coming and had a room already setup so we didn't have to wait in the waiting room. They were truly compassionate and empathetic through the whole process. They get it's not just a pet but a member of the family. We appreciate this team and the transparency of the vets, they don't sugar coat information but tell you in a kind way when the news is bad. We will continue bringing our current and future pets here. ♥️

I cannot recommend emphatically enough this vet hospital, Dr. Erica Honerkamp, and her sweet cat tech whose name I sadly can’t remember at this time. We called last night near closing hours and were promptly appointed this morning. Upon checking in, we were promptly taken back to be seen. Dr. Honerkamp’s assistant took a great history and handled my stranger-averse Trixie beautifully! Dr. Honerkamp immediately got to the root of my concern and worked smoothly with her assistant to thoroughly examine and evaluate Trixie with no trauma to her. They promptly took bloodwork and a urine sample and quickly came back with a provisional diagnosis. We were reappointed for tomorrow for follow-up once the bloodwork has returned, but Dr. H spent extra time educating me today in case she is unavailable tomorrow. Dr. Honerkamp and her assistant are both incredibly competent and personable—with both Trixie and her human! I am so happy and reassured that they are in charge of her care. Also, the facilities are absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. I loved that they utilize a local company for the soap in their restrooms as well. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will recommend Dr. Honerkamp to anyone who needs a veterinarian. Thank you, Dr. H and tech, for making a scary experience incredibly pleasant.

BVH is Rikki approved! She loves Dr Thomas and unlike when she was a youngster and would only let Tera take her back to do anything. She now goes back with ANY staff member. She actually enjoys her visits! Its only taken 12 years! We thank you for having patience for her. She is my special little girl!

I have an English Bulldog and they know a lot about their issues which some vets don’t. My appointments are always on time. Staff is caring and all the Dr I have had are wonderful. They do t over test, but treat what needs help well. Very happy with this practice and I am picky!
