Our dog Milo got his teeth cleaned here and had to also get a biopsy. The team at Bear Branch Animal Hospital was so thorough and kind (and have been with every other visit.) They worked within our budget and took such good care of Milo. He ended up needing six teeth removed and some stitches around the biopsy. Really great experience with this vet. I genuinely appreciate them taking care of my baby with empathy and an eye for detail. He came home with his nails trimmed, ears cleaned and everything he needed to recover.

We took our dog to Bear Branch Animal Hospital for her annual physical and follow-up, and overall, we had a great experience. The front office staff was very friendly and got us into an exam room quickly. The vet tech who assisted us had already reviewed our dog’s history before we arrived, which was a nice touch. The veterinarian was professional, polite, and thorough in her examination. The facility was clean, well-organized, and ran smoothly—there was no confusion about our visit. The only minor downside is the parking and access outside, as traffic can be a bit hectic, especially in the afternoon. Otherwise, everything went smoothly, and we’d definitely return for future visits!

I took my dog, Sadie, in for her annual exam. The staff was very clear about the costs for everything before starting and the follow up care was incredible. The vet and entire staff seemed to care about Sadie's well being as much as I did.

Dr. French and his staff are all so kind and helpful.. Have never had a bad experience here. We have been patients here for over 15 years with our cats and golden. We love this clinic!! And there is never a long wait!

I've been taking my sweet dog, Charlie, to Bear Branch for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. No matter which doctor we have seen, they always listen to my concerns and truly have given him top notch care. Over the years, he has had a couple of severe health issues down to simply uncomfortable health issues and all have been addressed with the same concern and high level of care each time. He is now healthy and thriving with their help.
