Highly recommend! Max my cat has been a patient for years and before him Sadie and Frenchie. Dr. Dana Tashjian And her staff were so helpful today. Max wasn’t feeling well, and I had missed my morning appointment. I had called them to see if I could bring Max in right away and of course they said yes and I didn’t have to wait. They took him right away and he’s feeling better. They have always been professional and caring to my animals. But today it was just a step above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr Rosenberry is an incredible veterinarian and such a kind and caring person. She is able to calm the feistiest of felines to examine and treat them. I call her '"the cat whisperer" . She is knowledgeable, competent , experienced and caring. What more can one ask?

Fabulous experience, as always! Dr Smith is one of a kind! Extremely knowledgeable, caring, kind and Compassionate. Great staff, too! We have been to both locations... Bay Road and Honore and 17th street. Both are excellent! We love Bay Road Animal Hospital !

Education and experience makes a HUGE difference! Where others failed, Dr. Smith was able to arrive at a diagnosis based on the exact same information. His management of the clinic is excellent with college-trained veterinary assistants who are well-trained professionals. I’m very critical of providers and I couldn’t find anything wrong with the facility or doctor. Wish I could find a medical doctor as good as my veterinarian!

I cannot say enough good things about Bay Road Animal Hospital and the amazing care that Dr. Tashjian has provided for my two beloved dogs, Coda and Kyla. Both of my dogs have been seeing Dr. Tashjian for years, and I have never been anything but impressed with her knowledge, expertise, and genuine compassion for animals. Kyla, unfortunately, had heartworm a few years ago, and Dr. Tashjian went above and beyond to ensure that she received the best possible treatment and care. Her guidance and support during this difficult time were truly invaluable, and I credit her with helping Kyla make a full recovery. Coda, on the other hand, has had numerous health problems over the years, from allergies to heart disease. But thanks to Dr. Tashjian's expert care, he is thriving and living his best life. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done to keep him healthy and happy. In addition to her exceptional medical skills, Dr. Tashjian is also an incredibly caring and compassionate veterinarian who truly loves animals. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have, and I never feel rushed during our appointments. Her passion for what she does is evident in everything she does, and I feel fortunate to have her as my pets' veterinarian. Lastly, I must mention the pet membership club offered by Bay Road Animal Hospital. This is an amazing service that I highly recommend to any pet owner. For a reasonable annual fee, you can enjoy unlimited exams for the year, which is an incredible value. This has allowed me to take my pets to the vet as often as needed without worrying about the cost, and I feel that it is well worth the money. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and skilled veterinarian who will treat your pets like family, then Bay Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Tashjian are the perfect choice. I cannot recommend them enough, and I am so grateful for all that they have done for my furry family members.
