I went into Bay Beach for an emergency visit last month. My senior dog was having another seizure, it was time to let him rest. I had struggled with this decision for months and here it was. I called ahead to let them know what we needed. It was total fog walking in, way more people than I anticipated were there on a Sunday night at 10pm. I was absolutely overwhelmed. Megan rescued me right away, I didn't even have to say a word. She met me at the door, verified my pups name and gently led us into a room. She was so kind and caring. I could feel the concern like a blanket around me. She was an angel through one of the hardest moments of my life. I will not forget that kindness. The process was as seamless as it could possibly be. I am so grateful to Bay Beach for supporting me and my dog that night. It really helped us find peace in his last moments in my arms. Thank you. A million times over, thank you.

Apr 17, 2024 · Kristen JacksonAbsolutely DO NOT recommend. I just brought my pet there and was told they are at capacity. Okay, well then the assistant in the back proceeds to "explain" to me that even if an actively seizing or DYING animal was to come there, they would turn them away too. Are you kidding me? DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. There is obviously a real lack of compassion. I was appalled to hear her say that to me, in front of two other pet owners no less. Just wow.
Apr 03, 2022 · Tiffany PayneTHIS vet at THIS location.❤️ If I didn't already have a regular vet that I trust I'd take my pets here. After 2 full days at 2 VB ER Hospitals trying to get ER surgery I ended up here with my very seriously sick Dachshund. So scary for my husband and I and just walking into the Bay Beach (VB Blvd) location took my stress/worry away. These folks are professional while really caring, skilled while providing doable prices, and everyone makes you and your pet feel important. I don't even have words to express how my short experience with them was so impactful after a 2 day nightmare.
Nov 01, 2022 · Kim AllredThe entire time my cat was with them, they were really understanding and communicative. I got a call from the doctor twice a day during his stay and was encouraged to call whenever I had questions, which is a lot because he is my child. Though it was hard to be without him, it was good to know I could speak with a person whenever I needed to, and no one made me feel like I was a slightest inconvenience at any time.
Jan 10, 2021 · Keli AppleThey took care of my baby so good! We were there a long time but it's a hospital and that comes with the territory. I am pleased! They were the only Vet that was open on the evening of the 4th of July and willing to take my baby. We drove a little over 22 miles but I would have driven 500 to get to them! Thank you for taking care of my baby "Beans"!
