Bay Area Veterinary Care

My partner and I brought our English Bulldog in for a possible injury, as we were unable to get an appointment with our primary vet. The facility was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. One of the staff members from the back came out just to say hello and give our dog, Kobe, some love while we waited to be called back. When we were taken to the examination room, Dr. Muller was very attentive and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Maggie, the veterinary assistant, was also very sweet, and Kobe really enjoyed her company. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care for their pets. We will definitely be returning for all our urgent care needs!

We recently took our 14.5-year-old dog to Bay Area Veterinary Care after a cyst on her eye ruptured. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They quickly cleaned her up and scheduled a surgery for the following day to remove the cyst. Throughout the entire process, they kept us well-informed and followed up with a call the next day to check on her progress. After surgery, our dog had some issues with her medication. We reached out to the office, and they were very responsive, adjusting her prescription and having the new meds ready for pickup right away—even though it was the weekend. A special thanks to Mike, the tech, who made us feel at ease, and Dr. Muller, who was kind and personable. The surgery went smoothly, and you’d never know she had any work done—the stitches were perfectly done, and her eye looks great! We were very pleased with the care and the pricing, which we found to be extremely reasonable for an emergency procedure. We highly recommend Bay Area Veterinary Care to anyone in need of excellent pet care.

I cannot thank BAVC enough. I have a kitten who required quite a few visits to them and each time they were caring, communicative and helped to put my mind at ease. I had the pleasure of meeting, most if not all of the staff and everyone was so friendly and seemed to really love what they do and where they do it. Dr. Muller took the time to answer any questions I had and go through everything in detail so I understood. With some vets office you can feel like just a number and BAVC never made me feel that way. These people really do care for your pets and you! I HIGHLY recommend this place! Thank you guys so much !!

Excellent urgent care! They took care of our dog right away after she ingested a lot of chocolate. They were very compassionate and understanding and communicated with us the whole way. They even cuddled with our sweet old dog when she was anxious about us not being there. She went in very sick and came home much better. The staff was also very knowledgeable. Scary situation for any dog owner, but they made us feel much better about everything. Highly recommend them.

Mike is amazing, the best person to ever take your cat to because #1 He is compassionate, #2 Actually doesn't want the second step to be euthanasia (you wouldn't belive how quickly veterinarians will jump to that just because they don't know what the underlying problem is!), #3 He sees that you are human and treats you kindly. ❤️ Our cat Jedi has been thorough a lot and we took him to these guys after a tough surgery because we needed a primary vet and some insight on how to more forward with our never-been-sick-before-ever cat to get him back on track. Their insights were greatly appreciated, and I also appreciate that the doctor is established and invested in his own practice. We are very grateful for their support! Thank u. 👋🏼
