Bay Animal Hospital

When I first heard of Bay Animal Hospital , I was a little bit leery having been taken advantage of by other vets in other towns at first it was hard moving into Bay city I couldn’t get a local vet for the first two years I lived here and I had a beagle that I had adopted through Midland Humane Society that had been severely mistreated after gaining my trust I found out Bay Animal Hospital seemed be more interested in my animal then about how much they could charge me and that was quite refreshing. I was only charged for the services that I needed and not pushed to buy other services that I didn’t need and I appreciate my Animal Hospital and I’m so glad that I found them. I hope to get a kitten soon and I will have my kitten there just like I had my beagle come there. I wanna Bay Animal Hospital the staff for the friendliness in the warm manner. They greeted me. I will tell anybody and everybody about Bay Animal Hospital because what I like most is they treated me like I was a person not a check and I thank you and so does Layla!

I cannot recommend a better location for your pets. Bay Animal Hospital not only has vets that truly care for your animals but the entire staff cares as well. Story on how our pets became patients here: Our oldest dog started crying in pain randomly one day and would not move for fear of pain. Our old vet told us it would be 2 weeks before they could see her! We were desperate to help our girl. After calling almost every vet in our area, Bay Animal Hospital told was the only place that, over the phone, offered us an idea of what could be happening and a temporary solution for pain relief. After this experience, we transferred all 3 of our pets (2 dogs and a guinea pig) to Bay Animal Hospital for all their care. Our oldest girl has always been VERY protective of our family around others (never attacking, just barking and pacing). She has not once barked constantly or paced when coming to this office. This tells us that she knows they will not hurt us and she is comfortable with them.

Update: as always everyone there is so helpful! I have Maine Coons and they’re quite heavy, the girls always help by carrying them in and out and put them in my car. Love the veterinarians and their staff. Update: I still feel the same way! The veterinarians are professional and take their time with you and explain in detail what your pet needs. The employees are organized, kind and do everything they can to help you also and comfort you when needed. The building is updated and clean. My little guy had to go to rainbow bridge and one of the girls called me there. That was very thoughtful of her.

All the staff was very welcoming and caring toward both my cat and myself. They handled my cat with as much love as I do. The office was clean and did not smell of animals the way other offices I have been to did. My cat was so comfortable, she hopped right out of her carrier and started exploring.

This vet is wonderful, and all of the employees as well. I recently took my corgi Fergus in for his first vet appointment since adopting him, and they were so kind and calming with him. Every employee was welcoming and had smiles on their faces, which is hard to find now a days. They were very informative with procedures preformed as medication as well, and listened to any concerns we had. I recommend taking your pet here, 10/10 we found the right place!

Everyone is always so nice and professional. They take great care of my fur baby!! Best group of veterinarians, technicians, and front desk staff in the Tri-City area!! They always do their best to try to get you in same day and I love that about this place!! Highly recommend!! Thanks for taking such great care of our Hunter!!

An outstanding veterinary clinic. I understand why they’ve been around for so long. One of my kittens was absolutely NOT having it, would not get in their carrier with their brother, and completely lost his mind 15 minutes before his appointment. I called these folks in an absolute panic and explained the situation, their response? “No problem, just bring in the one you can wrangle and we will worry about the other later.” No shame, no frustration, but a lot of sympathy and understanding. Upon arriving, the process is quick and simple — you don’t even need to go in! of course, I did, but the option is nice. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even gave my sweet precious little angel baby Ezra (the flame point) a kicker toy that looked handmade. What a treat — he loves it, by the way, and so does his little stinker of a brother, Irving (seal point.) Thank you so much for making that day easier for myself and my partner. It meant a lot.
