Dr.Lore and the team are amazing! They all tried to save my kitty blizzard but of course life took his life to short. I am thankful for everything they tried to do to help us and him. But was best and put him out of pain. They are truly amazing! They sent me a sympathy card with his paw print! That made me cry but made my day as a remind of how he’s no longer in pain and in a better place! They thrived extra hard to find a plan and solution and worked with us but was going to cost more then anyone could afford. I high recommend this animal hospital to animal and everyone they truly are amazing and so wonderful. I will be back with my other kitties. We choose to not get his remains back as it was a struggle to see him how he was. But he’s truly loved and missed blizzy boy himself ( blizzard )

Dr. Lore has been taking care of my pups for years! I choose to drive almost an hour just to see Dr. Lore and never regret it. She always goes above and beyond to try to help each pet and is so passionate about what she does. A few years ago, I had to say goodbye to my old man, Keno, and Dr. Lore was there for me the whole time trying everything she could to help him and help me get through that horrible experience. When I found the right time and right pup, I brought Piper to her too and Piper had a great first visit. Gina and Dr. Lore were great with her making her first vet visit a positive experience for her. Huge thanks to the whole team at Bay Animal and Aquatic Hospital! If you want a place where you and your pet are treated well and fairly, this is the place!

Emily called myself and my partner three days after my dogs visit to soft admit that she didn’t do her job right by getting a signature as there was no consent from myself the owner to do an xray. I should have trusted my gut when I saw the vet used to have 5 stars which is why I went there to begin with, start to get low star ratings. We’ll learn from me or enjoy the after the visit treatment , which sucks! Any other vet I’ve gone to in my life has at least shown compassion. They don’t even care about the pet , or apologizing for their mistake of not collecting a signature for an x ray or even ask if she’s ok and can we move on to making her better since the $400 + we did spend for a UTI is insane . Especially : when the same day they collected a signature for the blood work! That shows yes we agree to this service.. Which came back “perfect” per dr Laurie’s words . Our follow up visit was set for today to which we weren’t even told until the only person who had the decency to apologize the office manager - she actually and Gina I will give kudos to if for some reason you HAVE to go to this vet wait for them! They would rather lost a client over 187$ than apologize ! What a crock of deserving this one star review. Too bad. Next! Enjoy your vacation Dr Laurie . Glad we didn’t waste more time coming in to find out you weren’t there LOL

We love Dr Lore and all her staff! They took our Lily in immediately when she was vomiting and couldn't eat. They found a mass in her throat and were able to remove it. Even though they hadn't worked on a skunk before, Dr Lore went above and beyond to make sure she had the best help and advice to remove the mass from Lily. Dr Lore called her entire graduate class and Lily's surgeon even flew up from Miami just help save my sweet girl. Knowing that I run a rescue, they did everything possible to keep my cost low without compromising Lily's care. Since then, Dr Lore has treated all 11 of our permanent resident skunks. Including spaying our baby, wellness exams and shots for everyone. She even got us in right away when we received a severely injured opossum. Everyone there is very compassionate and it shows in the care they give. They are amazing and are now our care center for all our rescues ❤️🦨🐿️🦝🦡🐁🐾

If I could give more than five stars to this facility I would! Dr. Lore is phenomenal at what she does. She is brilliant and compassionate and has selected an amazing team who share these values as well. I always love calling and speaking with Jan at the front desk. She’s so sweet and very helpful. Gina was able to squeeze my pup Sam in last week for me when he was sick! Sam also loves Pacheco and Sierra (he’s a ladies man) and he got to meet Emily last week as well! It’s easy to see that everyone at this clinic takes pride in what they do. They are very straight forward and detailed. All of my questions are answered before I leave. They love Sam like their own and Dr. Lore and Samantha called to check in on him after his visit! We are so lucky to have a clinic like Bay Animal and Aquatics in our corner. I would HIGHLY recommended them to everyone (and I do when I’m asked). Please do right by your furry (and scaled) friends and go see this crew! Love you guys! ❤️
