They would not allow me to be in the same room as my cat when he was euthanized, after I made a promise to that cat that I would accompany him to the end. They did not wait until he was fully anesthetized to take him back to that room. Not leaving this review just because my cat passed. I’m leaving it because of how they handled it. This happened 7 months ago, I made sure not to type out a review with heavy emotions. They notified me of the price for the euthanasia ($130) while I was grieving with my (awake) cat after I had already spent hundreds with them on treatment. I get business is business. But Jeez. We live in Texas, but were in town for husband’s work and they got my german shepherd in for the soonest appointment since he was very sick and couldn’t wait until we got home. Thank you all so much for the thoroughness and kind care!

They fit me in after my dog ruined the stitches from a surgery. They fixed his stitches and got him in super quick. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We had rescued a baby kitten and the fifth day we had her, we all woke up and she couldn’t walk. We called our normal clinic and they couldn’t get her in, so in a panic we called this place since it was near, we were so thankful they could take us. We got there, and the vet seemed knowledgeable. He was very straight forward, the only questionable thing was that he didn’t quite tell us what was going on and just told us to go upfront to pay the $200 deposit. We were just happy to have her being checked on, so we did so. We dropped her off about 8a.m. and at 2p.m. We had yet to hear anything back, so I called. They answered and simply responded with “let me call you back.” Another hour had passed, and I had my boyfriend call to check. They put him on hold for TEN minutes, then whenever they finally answered laughed and said “Your cat is dead.” He had hung up to immediately call me, and I called back crying and they couldn’t tell me what she had, and what made her pass, only that she was “weak.” They could not give me an itemized list to explain the cost, and they had no sympathy what so ever. After looking at the reviews, I realized I shouldn’t have brought my precious baby here, and I will never make that mistake again and I will always tell everyone not to bring their babies here if they want them to live. This is a horrible place, with horrible customer service, with humans that have no empathy for anything.
