Bannon Woods Veterinary Hospital

This place was very nice! Especially for having animals in and out it was extremely clean. This did not feel like the other hospitals I’ve been to over the years. My dog barely crossed paths with any other animal. We entered at the front door, and left through a side door. Which felt genius. The assistant brought my invoice, and next appointment card to the private exam room and I paid right there in the room, and left from the side door I never had to go back into the waiting room. Which I really liked. I did not feel like the bill was extreme for everything they did, I felt like it was a very fitting amount of money. Needless to say I didn’t feel scammed at the end of it. They were super nice, they made sure I knew about the medicines I was taking home. Not to mention the property is absolutely beautiful complete with horses.

Best vets around, have taken care of all my fur babies, with care and concern. Dakota and Amy get my animals in quickly and the vets and staff listen to my concerns and treat my animals and me with respect. Recently one of my dogs had to be put down due to bladder cancer, Dr Robertson and the whole staff walked me though the hospice care and the final visit with so much care and support, Highly recommend this office.

All of the staff are professional and give awesome care to my puppy, River. Everyone there handles River with the utmost care, from Aimee the receptionist, to Selina the tech, to Dr. Kiser and Dr. Robertson. They answer all my questions and take the time to listen to my concerns. River loves Bannon Woods and we do too. I would give a 10 star rating if it was possible.Thank you Bannon Woods for loving on River, it is greatly appreciated.

We love, love, love this place. Everyone is so compassionate and caring. They have been so concerned and good with our fur baby. Baylee is in the best hands. I can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors here. I will proudly recommend them for your fur family

12-16-2024 took all 4 pups for updates on everything and also get a xray done on one that had JUST started limping. Come to find out after the xray she had a full torn acl. Needed 6,500 surgery. Dr never showed us the xray or gave us a break down only that. Dr said our insurance would cover that and that it WASNT preexisting but an injury. I told the doctor we were in the waiting period on orthopedic cases. But she insisted it would be covered. And later I had to get xrays emailed to me cause we never seen them, and the claim was denied as well. Which would have saved us 80% in cost. I no longer go there because it seems to me some but not all are fake and are to big on money to truly care for my pups. And also Bourbon city gave us a quote on the tplo surgery at 3,000 less than bannon woods. Do not recommend. That's my opinion.
