Banfield Pet Hospital

Went with my aunt to bring her baby Tiny for a 1st visit due to some nail issues and such. She never been there before I helped her decide what pet insurance was best for him. Found out he is very healthy and his nail issues was resolved. He has a follow up visit in 2 weeks. Everyone was nice and helpful and the doctor was great with us answered all of my auntie's questions. I bring 4 of my own babies there for years. I am always pleased with my pet care and she will be as well. Thank you Banfield and everyone who take great care of our babies. U are appreciated

Update: My bird passed away about 4 hours after his visit. Not sure if he was sensitive to the two medications he was given at the vet because I know birds can be sensitive or if there was an underlying issue but I think it was the medicine because it was just 4 hours after the visit I found him passed away. So heartbroken 😞 OP: After my parakeet injured his little foot, I needed a vet asap and couldn’t find anyone that would take parakeets but this place did! Amazing staff, so friendly and professional. Tony Squawk is on his road to recovery. He even got his picture and name drawn on his medicine bag! Fantastic place and staff.

I have a rescue dog who is very skittish and standoffish to anyone coming close to her which made me hesitant on where I should take her knowing she had to have a doctor for a checkup. My granddaughter suggested Banfield letting me know how good this place was and how amazing the employees were. I made an appointment took her there and I could not have asked for better treatment from everyone so much that once it was time to leave she didn't want to go. My only regret? That I did not know about this place a lot sooner when I had my other pets years before. Do I recommend this place? 100 times YES!!!

I would give 5 stars for the staff and and expertise of this office. They were fantastic and the Vet I had knows her stuff. The one star is for Banfield as a Corporation and their policies. To anyone that goes there , at your 1st visit, bring your math skills and ask lots of questions about the wellness plans, especially if your pet is a senior or you suspect it won't live longer than 6 months. I also see I'm not the only review on this topic. I bought in a kitty that was re homed to me that the cats previous owner had died. Banfield had her records. I bought the cat in because it became very sick, as turns out she had cancer and the right thing to do was to euthanize. Before the diagnosis, I signed up for one of the wellness "plans". What was interesting when I look back on this, they would not continue with the exam until I signed up for a plan or signed off on non- plan fees. The difference in price was extraordinary and when I look back I feel like it was a level of transparent switch and bait. Ask the question, " what if my pet dies one month into the plan"? Just an FYI and ironically, euthanasia or disposal is not in the " wellness" plan. I paid that out of pocket. In a nutshell, I had that plan for less than a week. Currently I'm paying $57 a month for a year for a dead cat. Banfield will not refund the balance of the plan. The only option given when I called corp was paying it in full. Ive not read the Veterinary Code of Ethics but a good guess is that is against. The wellness plans are a great idea in most cases, however, in my case and others it is not. Banfield should stop looking at the budget and have some option of release from the plan if your pet has to be euthed within a certain amount of time. Shame on Banfield.

Love the ladies at the front here they always know who I am and treat my bull terrier great and trust me she is full of anxiety but they know how to manage her very well and vets are always great here
