Banfield Pet Hospital

I’m not usually the type to leave a negative review, but when it comes to my pet, I don’t hesitate. We had an in-room appointment here, and I could hear the staff through the waiting room door making rude comments about me and my cat. One of them even said, “Oh, guess who has to come back in two weeks…” about her upcoming dental appointment. The customer service was terrible, and I honestly don’t feel comfortable coming back. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to their other location that actually cares about us.

Totally ok blaming you for not asking for a test that would of been fast and would of told them the problem. I told them to do ANYTHING that they need to do to help my pet,price wasn't a worry. But they ran a test that the vet ran 3 weeks ago saying it's needed, to get more money. This location only cares about money not your pet. Go to the parker location.

Banfield, their medical team and their staff have always been great for me and my eight dog that I have used over the years. I highly recommend banfield to anyone for your pets needs.

I took my dog for 14 years to Banfield, this one being the main location and my last appointment there with my dog was awful. Before the doctor even saw him, I was being told he needed X-rays and bloodwork which would have cost me a thousand dollars and I was on one of their plans. The doctor didn’t do a thorough job of examining him and it wasn’t until 3 weeks later when he’d been seen three times, that another Banfield doctor said he was close to passing because of his kidney disease. He died 5 days later. When I called to tell Banfield they were cold and careless, didn’t even say sorry or send a card or anything. They literally only care about your money and how much they can charge you, even after your pet dies. I upgraded my plan to cover the cost of his treatment and after he passed, they said I still had to pay for the one year contract. My heart is wrecked missing my dog and I’m disappointed I wasted thousands of dollars at Banfield. I will never go back for my next pet.

Had animals whole life. Responsible for them for 20 years. This place is really good. Had a few animals here and they really seem to care. I love the staff. I get legitimate advice and they don't overreact. Prices are reasonable too. Just a great place my little buddy's.
