Dr Greene and her amazing team saved the day a few weekends okay for my family and I. Our dog somehow had half of his ear cut off. This location was SPECTACULAR. From when we called and spoke with Harry, he was very kind and quick to action, we were able to get our dog in immediately, with little to no wait. Dr Greene and her assistant, Quinn, were so calm and patient with my wife and I but got him in to surgery ASAP! We’ve had no complications since then and just wanted to extended a heartfelt thank you for my family to them. 10/10 can’t recommend enough! P.S. my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised with the cost for an emergency visit, his surgery and all of the home care things we were sent home with. Again, the best possible outcome for the situation we were in

Honestly amazing experience. We rescued our baby after being abandoned and brought him to Banfield for the wellness plan. Turns out, he’s heart worm positive. The staff were amazing at meeting us at our level and explaining everything from treatment options to pricing. They truly care about the pets and owners and my pets will forever there.

Tried to make an appointment with them and the guy on the phone asked what my cats name was 4 times, and then what my name was 3 times during the conversation. Then got an attitude when I pointed out that fact saying “do you want the appointment or not?!”… horrible way to treat a new client. I will not be going here.

This place deserves zero stars. DO NOT use their cremation services or wellness plan. My husband and daughter asked and verified multiple times about how the cremation process works and any extra services to include a clay print of our dog’s paw. Today when I went to pick up her remains, I inquired about the clay paw print because it was missing from the bag. When I asked about it, the manager wanted to give me the number to call the cremation provider to which I adamantly refused because my agreement was with Banfield and not the provider. He calls after checking their system and the representative that placed our order never ordered the clay paw print!!!! All he could say was sorry and said the cremation provider offered to send us a rock or stone with our dog’s name engraved in it. That was nice of them but they didn’t screw up our order, Banfield did and they offered us nothing to compensate for their error! HE was INDIFFERENT AND SHOWED NO EMPATHY OR COMPASSION TO OUR FAMILY FOR THEIR ERROR! In addition, I called their customer service line to cancel the wellness plan and was told we had to pay out the remainder of the contract. THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE!

The care I received at the Easley location was superb. They were efficient, professional, personal and extremely patient. I highly recommend!
