When I take my puppies, they whimper going in the door. When I go pick them up, they act like they want to stay. The staff is very nice and professional and I like that after every visit they call the next day to check on my fur babies.

Jun 27, 2024 · Barron Chisolm-LucasI'm just now able to post something about this veterinarian hospital Banfield in GREENSBORO since I've taken my cat there he's now at the rainbow Bridge💔 for the last five months, they have been nothing but caring, considerate, and patient with me and my Simba , he was diagnosed with mouth cancer. He lived a little longer than expected, which was a blessing, but I had so many worries and concerns what to look for when Would be the best time to euthanize?. It was an emotional roller coaster for me and my family . hopefully that would be the hardest decision I ever have to make, but it was very, very hard ,as I brought him back a couple of times for him to get checked because I was so Distraught and confused about what to look , the vets and the vet assistance and the front desk associates are amazing talked me through my telephone calls my worries, my concerns, always there, patiently, listening, and supportive. They are amazing. The care that they give your pets / family is top notch so when the time came for me to put down my Simba, they were there every step of the way, gentle and supportive, and also strong for me as well, There was no doubt in my mind. I was gonna get my baby cremated and bring him home. the cost was a little over $500 but I tell you what we say we can't put a price on love for our family members. The package that I got back. I did not expect how amazing and beautifully put together it was. I had a lot of people say they didn't even get paw prints from the veterinarians I received everything and then some I got a clay mold of his paws I got two paw prints. I got one paw print and a card signed by all the staff I got a lock of his hair called locks of love I got so much information or funeral pet services. I got information on and numbers on support groups For grievingI got a beautiful box with his name engraved in it, with the rainbow bridge Poem on it. I made me so happy when I received all of these gifts of my baby just to say they doing an amazing job so if you're looking for a great vet, I recommend them. It's like your family is their family.❤️🌈🌈🐾🐾

Apr 05, 2025 · Felicia'sLoving HerLifeBeware of this place they took my dog in late notice which I’m thankful for because she really was in need. I arrived checked in and immediately they began trying to sell me stuff giving me an estimate price. Front receptionist that assisted was amazing great spirit others not so much. Fast forward I get back to pick up my little fur baby and I was waited and passed in line by a number of people thinking this is out of the ordinary but nonetheless ok. I was then prompted to pay my bill which I had originally got estimated at 350 and then later told 440 to eventually get dropped down to 346(I’m a salesman nice up sale tactic) because I didn’t feel what they were charging was necessary they dropped it likely out of guilt. As I paid I thought nothing about my previous experiences at banfield on lawndale where service is exceptional. As I usually seen my animal first but this time was different they wanted me to pay first which was odd but ok. I pay and then they bring out my pet and she has a pinky nails sized mark on her nose like she had been in a fight. I asked the question what happened and the first attendee shrugged it off and continue to speed through the necessities of the appointment and tried to get me to focus on other parts of her body. So I leave out and continue to look at the mark on her nose out of disgust so I walk back in and ask another doctor to be told that she pooped in her kennel and the motion of her trying to push the poop away with her nose caused the burn mark on her nose essentially to the white meat on my beloved animal. Mind you my dog is not very willing to eat she is a sweet heart and has a bad virus and I feel that she has been forced in some manner to eat or do the things they’ve needed her to do and they were hiding it to assure I pay for the service after clear misconduct with my animal. Now my dog has a mark on her nose which was never there and will likely never look the same. I’m not very pleased and feel I was lied to to cover trail. Unfortunate to say but I will never do business at this location again. I need an official apology and refund for my babies damages
