My little dog was aggressive and wouldn't let us trim him. Banfield was able to give him a safety trim. This was the first time I've been able to truly see my little guy after being buried under all that fur for so long. The staff was extremely patient and kind.

Feb 18, 2025 · Theresa JonesI recently booked an appointment for my pet, which took several weeks to secure. I made sure to clearly communicate the reason for the visit both when scheduling the appointment and with the technician upon arrival. However, when we arrived, I was never seen by the veterinarian. The technician simply advised us to go to an animal hospital, claiming it would be more affordable. On top of that, the wellness plan I have for my pet only seems to cover shots, and I’ve never received the discounts that are advertised online. This aligns with the ongoing issues that have led to a lawsuit regarding these plans. I feel that, at the very least, the veterinarian should have conducted a basic examination of my pet, as has happened in the past, and offered a course of action based on their professional assessment. Instead, I was left with no contact from the vet, no consultation, and no offer of an examination for my pet. The lack of care and consideration was made worse by the fact that there was no apology or attempt to resolve the issue. The only thing I was told was that they were sorry we would be late for work. While I had positive experiences here in the past, the high cost and lack of service this time has left me very disappointed. If I can avoid it, I won’t be returning.
Jan 17, 2025 · Khrystal EWe had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. today February 5th 2025. It is currently 5:58. Let's rewind the clock back to 4:50 when I arrived for the 5:00 appointment only to find out your store was dark. No one was there. It took me 20 minutes to drive there and let's call it $3.23 of gas grand total. You going to pay that back? Have a little communication? This is my communication to you... One star eat it. You earned it. As you can see since I'm editing this review, they have an auto generated response anytime they get one of these well-deserved one-star reviews for their dump of an operation. If you care for your pets don't bring them here.
Feb 16, 2025 · Brian De VriesBanfield is really expensive compared to other vets around, and they don’t usually have same-day or next day appointments available. I went to an animal hospital instead of banfield, and it was way cheaper- even just for the general cost of the office visit. Usually all of the vet techs are very nice, but twice I’ve gotten one that was very rude and condescending at the front desk. Maybe because it was first thing in the morning. Vets are nice, and all of the other techs are nice and helpful too.
Nov 01, 2024 · George JenningsPSA to my fellow cat parents - I have a love-hate relationship with this location. Dr. Martin is phenomenal and I have zero issues when I see her, I would recommend everyone goes to her, especially if you own a cat. Today I got scheduled with a different Doctor, Dr. Garai, and it was miserable. She starts off the appointment by saying” how they don’t mess with cats” , which immediately was a red flag and set the tone of the appointment.. She then proceeds to try and tell me about my cat and her limits, as if I haven’t been taking her to the vet for the last 5 years, haven’t been caring for her on a daily basis, and as if this isn’t her first time meeting my cat. She then decided it was appropriate to secure my cat by grabbing her scruff/neck and collar SO HARD to the point that my poor babies tongue was sticking out of her mouth as she was trying to grasp her breath and eventually started panicking and trying to claw her way away. I had to stop the appointment right then and there and asked to be rescheduled with her normal dr and have it annotated that I DO NOT WANT her treating my cat again in the future. I would stay far away from her. This was an in room appointment, imagine what she’s doing when we’re not there . Incredibly scary and unprofessional.
