Location is very unprofessional. Front desk staff can be very short and not friendly. Also, I was told that it was time for my dog to be spayed, and I scheduled an appointment. The day prior to the appointment, they called to confirm her vaccine appointment. I called to say that she wasn't scheduled for being spayed and that she needed to wait 2 more months to be spayed. They said there was no record of her even being scheduled to be spayed. I told them that this seems very unprofessional, and that I no longer trusted them with my pet. I moved her to another location.

Customer Service was not as well as it has been in the past. Focused on one area of my pet issues and did not assess anything else. Stated that only on doctor was on duty. Asked for a place to wash my hands and was told to use hand sanitizer. Forgot to deliver my paid for medication.

This is the second time, first time I went in person and they were rude. I thought this is bad day for someone. Today again take over phone, the front desk people are so rude, they talk down to you, make you feel that they are doing us a service by talking to us and we having their pet insurance. Amazing bad place. Will personally avoid this one.

The staff at this location are top notch. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I have two dogs (Oscar and Athena), one of which is blind, diabetic, and has anxiety. Doctors Seerley, Dasari, and Latchman are so good to them. In fact, Dr. Seerley saved Oscar's life when I brought him in with bladder stones and a temperature of 106°. After cooling him down, he and nurse tech (and office manager) Courtney arranged for an emergency surgery. She didn't have to do that. Courtney saw that I was crying and in distress and went above and beyond to help. She made all the phone calls for me! Do yourself a favor and look into Banfield's wellness plans. You can save a lot of money, especially if you have a chronically ill pet.
