At this point I should have a punch card for how often I am here for my cat and dog. This is by far the best vet experience I have had in Colorado. The front desk staff is welcoming and knows my/my pet’s name. Daniel is great in particular but truly the whole staff. I’m always getting reminders for appts and follow up calls after procedures. The vet techs are thorough and kind. I have worked with Dr. Meyers and Dr. Hughson and have only had wonderful experiences. Dr. Meyers is down to earth and real with me about treatments and costs. She’s honest and very caring. Dr. Hughson recently did a liver biopsy on my dog and called me each step of the way giving me informed options and full autonomy over my dog’s health. Overall this location is the best (I’ve been to two other Banfield nearby but this one is my favorite). Sometimes they may be a little slammed but that’s just because it’s the best staff and they are treating everyone with the time and respect you would want for yourself.

Feb 19, 2025 · EmilySpent a lot of money here to try to figure out an injury on my dog. Never came to any conclusions, just guesses and pain meds. I ended up having to take him to another vet who charged me less overall to provide much more information and better treatment. The best part of my experience was dealing with Charlene, but the expertise is greatly lacking from the medical staff and associated radiologists from this location.
Nov 14, 2024 · Jason ColeSo grateful for Dr. Fox and the team at Banfield for saving my dog's life. They were very patient and understanding with helping me in making difficult decisions for my dog. They worked together as a team to diagnose my dog and made it a priority to clear their afternoons to give him emergency surgery. I am so thankful and forever grateful. Thank you for saving his life.
Mar 12, 2024 · Erinn WilsonMe and my husband i’ve had mixed experiences from this location. We have brought our senior cat for skin cancer and was treated excellently. But, unfortunately, with our two-year-old olde English bulldog that was not the case. We had started a wellness plan about a year ago. Within that time, our dog has become people reactive and we were recommended to bring him to training. We did so. We had brought him in multiple times for all of his wellness plan appointments and had left with no veterinary care because of his behavior. Completely understandable, but where it turned sideways was The last few appointments we had made with them. They did not provide us with the correct care or medication he needed for his appointments and continued making appointments with no preparation. Our dog was finally muzzle, trained, and the last appointment and our last straw was when they had my husband hold down my dog to take blood samples and give him one shot. They had three people other than the doctor and her assistant in the room. Making that six people total in a tiny room, our dog was extremely stressed and scared. Dr. Myers made it known in her tone and body reactions that she was not equipped to handle our reactive dog and continued to do so. Once I reached out to cancel our plan, we had to part ways on both sides. I’m very upset with the communication they had with us and never stating to us his diagnosis they were making about his behavior. They diagnosed behavioral issues since 2023 and had continued to give care to us, knowing they were not equipped. Putting our dog through stress and anxiety. Never once giving us resources other than finally prescribing correct medication the last time we ever saw them. Always saying things like oh he doesn’t like it in the back or he just gets a little mad or scared knowing that was not the case, and that they were diagnosing our dog without treating him or giving us the resources. Paid hundreds of dollars just to be treated wrongfully. We have put in very hard work with our dog, months of training to insure our pups behavior improved and it has! He has learned so much and hasn’t shown aggressive out side of the vet’s office since. This vet has truly failed our pup. Please do not bring your large dog here if they are fearful of the vet. They cannot give you proper care. I hope they can improve and never treat another animal or owner like this again.
Sep 14, 2024 · Karissa Corona-McCoyThe assistant did a good job of checking out Tara to ensure she had no issues. She only required a couple of shots and overall check up. The Only issue was Tara is 2 pounds overweight. I need to reduce her intake. She had her last dental appointment last September.
