It can be a long wait to get checked in/out and difficult to get a last minute appointment at times…. but…. The woman who works the front desk is always so warm, happy, and helpful!! Especially how much she has to do on her own!! I’m always happy to see her. Dr Tara is so helpful and caring! Thanks for being so great!! Also, the pricing seems very competitive.

Awesome vet tech here which helped us so much, he really went above and beyond and making sure we could get the medicine we need in today's visit while explaining other options available such as the price match option after we were planning to order the medication online somewhere else(chewy). He knew our cat needed medication right away and because of our financial circumstances we were gonna try to order the medication online after the final price rose high because we told by other staff that we needed to get our cat vaccinated right there and then if we wanted him to get care there since he wasn't vaccinated for rabies prior. We also added a microchip but we didn't know the cost of medication yet because my cat needed to get checked out first. I'm glad we were able to save some money and get medication desperately needed for my cat which has a slight eye infection of some sort. The vet tech also helped us find something in the PetSmart store, the treats that are able to cover medication so that pets can take them. I'm so glad this amazing vet tech was here to help us today, because my family was so worried about the total cost of everything but also wanted to help our cat get the treatment he needs.

Front Staff and Techs are fantastic!! I’m used to going with my childhood pet into the visit so taking my other two pets and leaving them there was anxious process. I’m glad for these staff cause they make me feel safe leaving them there. Just wish the vets were a little more thorough with the end of visit call. I’ve noticed some of the things on the report that were not discussed with me.

First of all, I want to clarify that I told the receptionist that if dental cleaning procedure was dangerous or painful for my dog, I did not want it.. took my little dog (chihuahua) for a dental cleaning and Dr Leigh and Amber Specht removed 9 teeth without my authorization. I went to talked to them at Banfield pet hospital and nobody wanted to take the responsibility for waht they did. I told not to do any type of teeth removal procedure with out my permission.They did not care about it. They are so unprofessional, When I went to talk to them, one of the members rejected giving me the names of the responsables (doctors), therefore I asked the receptionist until she finally ended up giving me these two names "Dr. Leigh and Amber Specht" They hurt him so much, three legs were on pain. He couldn't even walk. I can't imagine how much my little dog was suffering on these unprofessional hands.

Third day of sitting on hold to talk to someone to book an appointment. The receptionist picks the line up and sends immediately to hold, without saying anything. our pets deserve better. Sitting on hold for 30+ minutes multiple times feels closer to inadequate customer service than it does an operational issue.
