Worst vet in America. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE OR IT WILL DIE. I had a dog who had been acting unusual, losing weight, and having a hard time walking/jumping all of a sudden. Me and my family brought him here to see what was going on, to which the "doctor" said "he's just getting old, this is normal with dogs this age." I reported that I felt possible tumors on the dog as well, to which again the "DOCTOR" responded with "yes this is normal for dogs his age." For reference, my dog was 10 years old and had acted like he was a puppy up until his last few months of life. He could have been saved had the vet not neglected him. We saw a different doctor, to which she diagnosed my dog with cancer and said that he had an irreparable tumor which had been inhibiting him from walking and jumping properly. Had we caught this sooner and this vet not neglected him, he may have had a few more years. I was willing to spend thousands to save this dog, but they neglected him, his care, and they let him die. Would rate 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

I enjoy coming to this Petsmart. When my Chase (German Shepherd )gotten to the point that he could not stand up because his legs gave out, They helped me find a mobile vet so that they could come out and check him out and he is doing so much better. He was overweight and now he is on a diet and has been on it for a year now it’s almost like losing a whole dog. He weighed 187 pounds. And he is now down to 114 pounds. So yes, I will keep taking him back.

There's a serious lack of communication AND charting. They will tell you to return at a specific age for your pet to get checked then when you arrive they will refuse to do the test until 3 weeks later even though the initial appointment the risk of false positives was discussed. Dr. Shores is great to talk to but failed to mention in the chart what age to do the test. The next appointment was set with a different vet that outright refused to do the test even though they are commonly done at 8 weeks. The vet did not even bother to come talk to me and the receptionist simply ignored everything i said and kept telling me that i needed to come back at 12 weeks.

Front desk receptionist/tech very moody every time I came there. Bad attitude, also vet never came out after animal being discharged to talk with us. Yea, i get it, they should form into a union. Might have better work conditions. Becoming more friendly to customers.

The blonde chick with glasses in the front is so rude and annoying! The whole experience with her was exhausting and when we finally were able to talk to the vet after the whole exam he literally comes out showing me google search results and said pretty much that he has no idea whats going on with my kitten…the whole experience was probably the worst thing i have ever experienced going to the vet. Luckily the exam was free because it would not have been worth a penny.
