I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Banfield Pet Hospital for their patience and tender care in treating my dog, Courage. My canine companion experiences significant difficulty in adapting to unfamiliar environments. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the Banfield team.

The entire staff at the mill plain location are amazing. They all treat my pets like they are their own; it shows they truly care about the care and concerns of our 2 cats. In the last month I've taken our 6 month old kitten in for: spay, microchip, pedicure, and two vaccine appointments. And our 6 year old cat in for: wellness visit, pedicure, chest xrays, and a dental cleaning. I'm a bit over protective especially with my 6 year old but since they build confidence in the care they provide, I felt 100% comfortable dropping him off for his procedure for the day, knowing he is in the best hands. Opal had an amazing experience here it was night and day from her first vet apt we took her to (Vetco treated us poorly) The vets were extremely patient with her and understanding, they took there time to really get her comfortable and talking to me about her. We got her on a package and will be continuing care here, she got spayed this last week and they took such amazing care of her and sent us home with so much information and a little care pack. I will definitely be recommending them to all my dog and cat owners. Super welcoming, 10/10

First time at this Banfield location and nothing but positive to say about the staff! Natalie’s competence was clear from the beginning as she deftly checked us in and went over all the options available for the dental cleaning of my two kitty boys, Illahee and Tyhee. She also immediately grasped and helped with a billing issue. Dr. Tate was a knowledgeable professional and patiently and compassionately answered our questions and addressed our concerns regarding our cats’ heart murmurs, as well as catching another potential health issue. Much appreciation to all for helping to reduce the anxiety I have whenever I bring my boys to the vet. It was clear throughout the day they were in good hands.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Thought we were doing the safe and right thing by taking our sweet old lady cat in for regular vet visits, but then we had to suddenly put her down because of kidney failure, even though we had taken her into the vet the week before for concerns and the vet said she was okay. If the vet had actually been doing their job they would have caught it early and she’d still be here.

While the receptionist are extremely nice and always trying to help that's the only good thing about them. This location never have availability, you never get to see the same veterinarian and they never see your pet in the room even if you make an in room appointment (they take them to the back and then the doctor comes talks to you). Can never get the records emailed to you, and appointments are always booked 3 weeks away. I switched vets.
