Let me start by saying, Dr. Neighbors is absolutely amazing. The nurses as well, and one receptionist is fantastic. The problem… two receptionist Grace and Ashley. I’ve completely abandoned this Banfield after dealing with them. Ashley was rude and condescending over the summer. I let this go she seemed busy and the communication between both of us was off. However, I had the pleasure of speaking to Grace today… again she seemed busy. I was nothing but kind to her and she decided she was going to hang up on me abruptly, after I had explained my pet had some sort of emergency. I don’t need these kind of people near me or my pets. Unfortunately, my pups are losing an amazing Dr🥺 Do yourself a favor and go to any other Banfield. Mill Creek is my new go to!

I am absolutely heartbroken at this very moment but I feel inclined to express my gratitude towards the people who helped me and my family through this process today. They were not only respectful and empathetic towards my needs but also my dogs, and my family who came for support. The vet and doctor were kind and loving to my dog while getting her ready for the procedure, let me and my family have alone time with her right before the process, let me hold my sweet girl till she passed, walked us through every step, gave us alone time to grieve and were very empathetic about the whole situation. I respected that they don’t do convenient euthanasias and evaluated our decision before going through with the procedure. And the best part was that there was no suffering on my dogs part. I will miss you little one. Your suffering is finally over and I just know you’re up there with the rest of our beautiful pet family ❤️

Mar 05, 2025 · Judy StarrThe hospital and staff are always great. The problem I had is with their wellness program and the customer service that they provide or the lack of knowledge of these people. Trying to cancel the plan after my pet passed away is a nightmare. Trying to get a refund for changing 2 months in row is unacceptable. So sad that I may need to change providers for these services due to incompetent people like this. Like I said the hospital staff is great and never had an issue.

If you have ever used gentle dental I would compare Banfield to gentle dental. Horrible communication! Left doesn't know what the right is doing. When we places the original appt online it give a block of time. It doesn't say please leave your pet there for 5 hours to get a check up literally a check up. Next after 2 hrs of waiting for our cats my daughter who is a adult goes in to ask at 11:30 how much longer they say 1pm and that they haven't even seen our cats that we dropped off at 9:30 am by the way they called us and asked us to come at 9:30 am to fit their schedule lol I called and asked why 1pm they said because they were calling Noah to get their rabbies shot records.... I said for 2 hours? Why didn't you call us we would have said they are not up to date and just give the shot ... grace apologized for that. I asked when the cats would he ready now that we have this issue solved she said 1pm. I said for them to call me when the cats were ready she said ok. My daughters went to drive home because that would have been another hr of waiting. Since it was 12pm. I saw a missed call at 12:27pm I called spoke to someone else because grace was on lunch and she put me on hold and said the cats are nit ready and they have not been looked at..... i said I'm not calling for a update someone called me and so I was calling back.... this was frustrating as I work from home and having to stop and go stop and go is annoying. She said she didn't know who called me ... I said ok bye then 1:16 rolls around no calls i call the vet and grace tells me she never told me 1pm I guess I imagined it all and she doesn't know when the cats will be done. I was so confused at this point and very upset. I said okay I will pay you for what ever everything cost literally every penny and you don't have to perform the services and I will come get my pets. They have had them for 4 and half hours at this point for a checkup and now a shot because I just needed that so I could have the checkup and all of this was so I could get flea meds that's all. Grace kept saying well I don't know how to do that and you signed a paper we could perform services blah blah yes I am saying I'll pay every penny and you don't have to do a thing I just want my 2 cats and never come back again. I knew my cats were probably not eating and upset they have been left some where for almost 5 hours. All of my other experiences at the bothell Banfield was fast wonderful this experience was a joke. Then grave asks to put me on hold and hangs up on me. I'm so upset by now but never swore once and never yelled but I definitely talked stern. I called back and said grace you hung up on me..... she said oh I thought you hung up I advised I didn't. She said the cats would be done in 15- 20 mins with all the services done all the sudden.. I sent my daughters we paid 293 dollars and left. I will tell you this was the worst experience ever between poor communication over booking clearly and putting people on hold and hanging up on them which is crazy .... i would rate them 1 star if I could give 0 or negative I would.
