I took my 6 month old kitten Lima Bean in for her first appointment yesterday, 09/09/24 The staff were friendly and listened to my concerns. They were quick and efficient, and I felt super comfortable leaving my baby with them, and she seemed to not be in distress after her visit! I am excited for her to get her vaccines and spay, and will definitely be signing up for a wellness plan!

Do NOT sign up for their "Wellness" Plan! It has hidden fees and a hidden year-long contract that they do not communicate to you. I was talked into signing up for one when we discovered my dog had a fractured tooth. We never got her tooth fixed, and had to euthanize her a month later due to a completely separate issue. All of a sudden, I had a $750 bill due to the contract terms. Talk about adding insult to injury for a dog I just lost. Now I have to pay an additional $750 on top of the monthly plan cost, and the fees I already paid for those two visits? Horrible.

I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this Banfield. First, I had a dog have a major surgery and they sent me home with the wrong pain meds. They sent me home with meds for a smaller dog. I had to go back once to get the right meds. Following that- I had to get the antibiotics due to a concern with an infection. When I picked up the antibiotics they said they generally always prescribe antibiotics for that type of surgery. Due to the risk to infection. Secondly, I spent almost 500 dollars on my older dog. Who was chronically vomiting. When I picked up my dog they said “all was good” the vet wasn’t even aware he had been vomiting. They don’t offer any short term plans or solutions. Essentially said an ultrasound was the only option. They didn’t have a current temperature, didn’t check his ears for infection, didn’t ask anything about his vomiting. I’m extremely disappointed with the care they provide and the price they charge. I got a lot of push when I spoke to Dr. R. It was never suggested to chain diet, explore allergies, or asked what was in his environment. Do not take your dogs here. I went to another vet and they immediately provided recommendations and options.

Don't be freaked out by the lack of reviews! This is a brand new location but it's staffed by knowledgeable and caring Banfield employees. The facilities are beautiful and clean with a nice modern aesthetic. They were amazingly patient and caring with my White Shepherd, Ghost, when he was nervous and uncertain. Putting both me and him at ease until he was rubbing his face into their hands and saying hello. Our appointment was quick, full of information, and I felt confident when I left he received the best care possible. Even if he did end up with a goofy haircut due to his head injury! Special shout out to Dr. Castleton, and their techs, Alina & Cristi, for the wonderful service. If I lived closer this would 100% be my go-to vet instead of an emergency stop!

Terrible customer service. Charged me to nueter my large breed puppy. The vet at banfield suggested waiting 18months to get the dog neutered to make sure he fully developed. When it came time for my dog to be nuetered 18 they said that it needed to be done within 12 months and that I now needed to pay for another nueter. They refused to nueter my dog even though I already paid for the service and said the only option is to pay for another nueter service. No one at the location could look at the situation and provide the service i already paid for. They just said well there's nothing we can do because it was paid for on the puppy plan but that only lasted 12 months and you need the service to be done during those 12 months. Even though their vet told me to wait 18 months for the breed of dog I had. They even scheduled me for the appointment in advance and then 2 days before the appointment they called asking for payment since he was no longer a puppy at 18 months. Never once did they tell me that the nueter i aleady paid for in his puppy plan would not be valid if i waited for the dog to mature to 18 months per the vet suggestion. They scammed me. I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND NEVER RECIEVED THE SERVICE. SO FRUSTERATING. TOTAL SCAM.
