So far this Banfield Pet Hospital has been good for our new puppy. We got the membership plan and the staff here have been very friendly and helpful. They accommodate my work/school schedule well for drop-off and pick up sessions and love on my pup so much when we’re in for an appointment. The only complaint I have is that we had to get urine test done and they ran the test without confirming with us on the price or treatment plan first. It ended up being $200 with our membership, which is pretty high and should’ve been communicated beforehand. And to clear up any confusion, this test was optional and not for life-saving measures but even if that were the case, most hospitals check in about the price before treatment.

No idea what these low reviews are about. If they genuinely happened, Banfield has been working hard to turn things around. Everyone was very kind and patient with me as I described my pet’s behavior. Very transparent about costs and treatment plan options. Very clear they all know what they’re doing and did not feel at all like they were trying to push me to spend more money. Great service overall, and I’m feeling very comfortable with continuing to come here

Always had a good experience. My dog is bossy & it's sweet that they are non judgmental about barking. They recommend meds for his anxiety and are very present with my puppy. They got him in right away and at 7:30am answered the phone for a drop off confirmation. I love that they have options for long term care plans that will allow him to go to any Banfield. They are always professional and smiling plus they treat my dog humanely. I also like the leash hooks at the desk. My puppy peed when they tried placing him on the scale and they have a accident station in the lobby they used to clean it up and I wasn't embarrassed at all with how they handled it. I like em. Thank God for Banfield.

Hello, this is India Slaughter. I have been both Banfield for about seven years dealing with my dog too. They were basically a very good are they treating him with respect and really cared for him to the end thank you so much. Banfield have a wonderful holiday.

Staff threatened to contact law enforcement if I didn't get a rabies shot instead of asking me if I wanted one. Staff was judgemental and rude. VFA provides care without harassment or judgemental attitude. Just saying. Do not take your pet here. They had no idea their own staff had prescribed medication for my dog to be sedated going in and acted like I was crazy when I told them I sedated him instead of going and looking at his chart. They kept insisting he had fleas even though the fleas have been treated. I guess im not middle class enough to be treated well. Oh. And their staff ignored the history of my pet's being abused, like, I dont, like they didn't believe me or something. Wholly unprofessional. I took my previous bad review down but I can't in good conscience say nothing about this experience. It was that bad.
