We have had a great experience with our dogs with the Banfield staff. Mostly good visits for regular vaccinations, but this time one of our dogs Nala was sick. They saw her right away. They quickly provided the care she needed and continued with follow-up care. We have always been satisfied and highly recommend the Banfield staff.

My dog went in for a routine dental cleaning and had to be rushed to the animal hospital cause they let him choke on a tube when waking up from anesthesia. My dog now who was a perfectly health dog before and never had any issues now has seizures because of it. Dr Davis deserves to lose her license and I will be taking legal action again this pet hospital. Please think twice before bringing your pet here.

I was shopping at PetSmart on 10/24 when I happened to overhear something very unsettling from the Banfield Pet Hospital inside. The receptionist was openly making fun of a client who was in the lobby, visibly upset and crying over her dog. I found it incredibly unprofessional and heartless to mock someone who was clearly in a vulnerable state, concerned about their pet’s health. Pet hospitals should be places of compassion and support, but this experience left me with the opposite impression. I would be hesitant to trust this location with my pet’s care after witnessing such a lack of empathy from their staff.

This is the worst Banfied Pet Hospital location. that I have ever been to. The staff are uninviting and the attitudes made the experience even worse. I dropped my dog off at 8:20am for an eye and no one called to let me know he was ready. I had to call them at 12:45pm only to find out that he had been ready for pick up. My fur baby was also extremely dehydrated when I picked I picked him up. I went to this location because I moved and it was closer. Moving forward, I will drive 30-40 mins to the Ballantyne location. I read through the rest of their reviews and apparently this has been an ongoing issue for the last few YEARS! You guys need to do better.
