This was our first visit to this vet for our dog. She had some past trauma from a horrible groomer who trimmed all her nails to the quick, so we were warning the staff that she may have really high anxiety over that. They took her back and apparently she did amazing with them! The staff was so friendly and really cared for her. The vet was amazing and explained everything well! The front desk staff also explained all the costs and were up front about all the options, but did not push for anything. Could not ask for better service and care!

I've had a lot of bad experiences with vets for my cat and this is the first time that a vet has been so gentle with her and respectful of her boundaries. The vets were just absolutely wonderful. My cat means the whole world to me she's been with me for 13 years. She's older and she's feisty but they were so gentle with her and they respected her and that means the whole world to me because the last time we went to a vet she came home absolutely terrified this is the first time she's been so calm.

Gus’s appointment was at 8:15 AM. At 11:44 AM, I received a call stating he had behaved well and was almost ready for pickup. However, at approximately 12:30 PM, I received another call informing me of an “incident”. It was shocking to hear that no staff member witnessed the event, and I was deeply disturbed by the staff’s inability to provide clear details about what had occurred. When Gus was brought out to me, he was clearly in extreme pain, flailing uncontrollably, and unable to stand. Upon inspecting him, I noticed that he was bleeding profusely from his mouth—an injury your staff failed to inform me about, even after my inquiry. Instead, your team repeatedly apologized while simultaneously blaming Gus for what had transpired. Upon rushing him to the emergency vet, I learned Gus had suffered a severe spinal injury that required emergency surgery. He barely survived the night and remains in critical condition with an uncertain prognosis. To this day, I am unsure if he will ever walk again, and my family is devastated by this preventable tragedy. Your team’s negligence and inability to properly care for Gus during a routine procedure are unacceptable. Equally disturbing is their failure to communicate vital details about his condition and their apparent lack of preparation to handle such an emergency.

Banfield is ruining this place. I have been coming here for years. The staff is generally great, but everything in the last year is a push for money. I will be looking for a new vet. Editing this review after the tech scammed me into a pet plan. Don’t buy their scam. They’ll run a bunch of tests the first day and rack up the bill and when you realize it’s a scam, you can’t cancel. Absolute bottom-tier thing to do. The dog I brought it we adopted. He ended up attacking my two other dogs. We had to give him back to the rescue. We couldn’t cancel the pet plan because of them racking up charges. Love this place. One of the few Vet offices in town who care more about the animal than the profits. Every time I call I get a quick answer and appointment. Prices are fair and they give alternatives options. If they’re taking new animals, they’re worth the switch!

I've been going to Banfield locations for 11 years for 5 different animals. I have never had problems until I started going to this location. Brought my cat in for his yearly dental cleaning, and he came home so sick. Had one of the staff after asking if I wanted to get the house cat heartworm shots and me responding no, then tell me in front of my daughter that not giving it to him was a death sentence. Surprise surprise the test they did the same day came back positive. Went to a different location, and it was negative. That week of visits, I was told all three of my animals had whatever issue that would cost me x amount of money to fix. Go to another location and have no issues with them. Banfield needs to drop this location they are making a bad name for them. Staff are rude as well.
