I would have given this place a 5 star review if they didn’t have one of the worst people I’ve ever encountered working there. Shye is extremely unprofessional and allows her own personal feelings to get in the way of providing exceptional pet care. It’s absolutely disgusting the way she interacts with clients and even employees. There’s a very very noticeable lack of respect for all those around her/under her care. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different location, she has one of the most revolting and repulsive personalities I’ve ever witnessed and I will never take my dog back here to this location.

Brought my 3 month old puppy in for his third round of shots. We had no issues with his first appointment prior to this one. However this time was a terrible experience. He was due for three shots, that’s all he came in for. Both the assistant and doctor said to watch out for his balls dropping because they haven’t yet…. My puppy is already neutered and they should already have this information in their system from the previous visit. They either didn’t thoroughly look at his chart or note this down last time. They then proceeded to say they clipped his nails and scolded us on the importance of trimming nails. That was completely non consensual of them. They did not ask us for permission. We had just trimmed his nails at home last week and they should ask the pet owner before doing anything like that. Completely unprofessional. I no longer feel like I can trust this location with my fur babies. I strongly suggest going elsewhere for veterinary needs.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. My puppy was ill so I decided to bring her here. She was running a fever and had abnormal red discharge from her private area. I was concerned it was a UTI and the nurse recommended a UTI test. She told me the swab test would take 24-48 hours but most likely 24 hours. So I decided to pay for it. It’s been a week and I’ve been calling nearly every day to get the results. Every time I call they say they haven’t received them. I called today and they said they received the results but that I have to wait for the doctor to call me back later. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the UTI test which was approximately $89. I spoke to the practice manager and she refused to give me a refund. She was very unaccommodating and unhelpful. I asked to speak to whoever was above her and she said there was no one above her. I contacted Banfield customer care and they said there are people above her.

I don’t know what it is about Banfield, but they hired some very sweet, intelligent, bright, cheerful pet care providers. We are very happy with the visit. Think they’ve grown too big for their pants but their staff are barn not like none others they’re all very polite and professional and loving, caring animal people. Thank you.

My wife and I took our new kitten to this banfield. We had a concern about a previous ear infection and signs it might be back. Was told by the doctor that nothing is wrong and she is healthy. Fast forward 3 weeks and looks like something is wrong with my cat. I decided to read the notes from the appointment and it states the doc found an ear infection and treatment was recommended. WHAT! I take my cat to a new banfield(I have their wellness plan) and find out my cat has a mass/tumor that is going to need surgery to understand if it can be fixed. This location is not to be trusted! The other banfield said, how did they not catch this. MIND-BLOWN
