Dr. Green provides thorough explanations regarding my furry companion's checkups and offers comprehensive guidance on maintaining his well-being. I will not seek care for him anywhere else.

May 21, 2025 · Staci McCormickBeen taking my cats to Banfield going on 5 years now. I scheduled all 3 of my babies at this location after having an appointment with Dr. Murray while he was assisting my usual location on 71st. I felt like I was really heard for the first time! He address my concerns fully and even went out of his way to assist me on the sales floor to find hairball treatment. Today my cats were cared for by Dr. Green and I appreciate her patience, knowledge, and kindness so much! The staff at Tulsa Hills is incredible! Nothing feels rushed, they listen to your concerns and actually offer solutions! Im extremely impressed and know my cats are in great hands. I will be taking my babies here exclusively moving forward. Well worth the 30 minute drive! (Big shout out to their front receptionist as well for offering me a solution to an issue with my pets accounts Ive been wrestling with for at least 4 years. Thank you!)
Apr 07, 2025 · Ashley PercifulI absolutely love the staff and the vets at Tulsa Hills location. Being able to have weekend vet appointments is absolutely wonderful as well
Mar 23, 2025 · Holly WheatI've been working with Drs Spears and Roberts to manage my cat's behavior issues and chronic kidney disease, and another boy's asthma, and I honestly could not ask for a better team. The staff is LOVELY, the care is thorough and competent, and I have never had a single reason to complain about their service. I do have my pets on Banfield plans because the services are honestly worth it to me, and I have a couple of pets with chronic conditions (asthma, kidney disease, eye disease) that need more frequent checkups and bloodwork, which the plan totally or partially covers. It's worth looking into if you are big on preventive care. Their rates for other services are competitive with other good vets in my area. One thing to consider is that they have an x-ray machine, but they don't have an ultrasound or other imaging available. They will refer you out to specialists if something is really complicated, or difficult to diagnose. I use Banfield the way I use my GP as my primary care doc. The place they usually refer to is only about a mile away. I've had a hard time finding a vet near me that I felt was as good with cats as dogs, but these people are great, and treat even my difficult boy with love and respect, and work with me to maintain and even improve his quality of life despite his terminal condition. I adore them. They are VERY available for questions. They're busy so I often have to wait for a call back, unless it's urgent, but they DO always call back, and always check in after an appointment, sometimes a couple of times if they are still concerned about my pet. I know people complain about Banfield, but this particular one is full of great people, and the complaints other people have had in other reviews are not problems I have ever had with them. I am quick to call out vet staff who are sub-par because I want to provide my pets with the best care, but I have never had any complaints about these folks. Edit: Dr. Spears moved on. Dr. Roberts moved on. The other two vets we now see here, Dr. Murray and Dr. McDavid, are just as good and helped us get a sick rescue back on her feet. Good vets here.
