I stay with Banfield because of the small discount given when having a plan, but if not I would start to look elsewhere. It’s very on and off if I have a good visit and it’s never the case I go home without having extra things forced at me. It all depends on who you get as a vet tech and Dr if you have a good visit… I can tell you I haven’t 1x seen Dr. Ezell in person but the other Drs I have so that will tell you she isn’t very personal. I dread vet visits now because I know my old man and my little one don’t have a good time, especially after the come home with fleas from the place on occasion (they don’t do anything besides say oh, I’m sorry that happened).

I just became a client with my fur baby, Bella. I was more nervous then Bella was and Sara and Dr Ezell were awesome in answering my questions, helping me and Bella, relax. I love how they took their time, and looked over Bella who had not been eating as much lately. They cared for her, gave recommendations and were awesome. I love how they did not force services or undue expenses prematurely. Bella got home and ate a little food, more than the last week, already. Thanks, Sara, Dr. Ezell & Banfield!

Very friendly, caring staff. My puppy is always well-taken care of here and he never is afraid to go to the vet's because of how well he is treated. They are also very flexible with their hours and allow for early morning drop-off and late afternoon pick-ups for the busy pet-parent. The fact that it's located inside a PetSmart is also very convenient since I am able to pick up supplies while I wait. My only dissatisfaction is that they aren't able to board dogs like my previous vet's office, but this is understandably because of PetSmart's hours and for pet safety.
