Banfield Pet Hospital

They saved my dog! My elder dog was on saturday for vaccination at Banfield in Hoffman Estates. When i picked her up she was very week. 4 hrs later she collapsed and i swear she met jesus. I rused her back to Banfield in Hoffman Estates,went inside crying and begging them and they said we cannot help her got to emergency. I took her to emergency they gave her shot of steroid,she was bit better but next day she started vomiting,peeing blood ,stop eating and drinking water. Monday morning i called again Hoffman estates and they said take her somewhere else we are busy 🤬 I then called Bloomimgdale and they saod bring her in right away. They did iv all day,tests medication and brought her back from the other side of the rainbow i swear! I own my dogs live to them!!!❤️❤️❤️ Bless you all,thats what hospital should be and all other location should take notes from bloomingdale. Thank you again

Great people here that love pets. Took them time to let our dog gain trust. She’s a little nervous with humans. No complications after surgery. Spay and a tooth removal. Thanks.

Basically, we only do check-up tests and once an allergy to clapping agent was confirmed. The recommended advice was correct and effective for our 3-year-old Murphy beagle.

This place sucks. There’s one person that works at the front desk who is helping customers AND answering phones. Which also explains why when you call you can never talk to anyone. They do drop off appointments now instead of regular ones with no option to stay during the appointment (which I think most people would prefer so they can actually talk to the doctor and not have their pet sit in a cage all day). I literally got home from dropping him off and they called me to come get him, which was surprising and also ridiculous because I’d of just waited. If I could rate zero stars I would. Don’t bother. Take your pet to a real vet where they actually know what they’re doing. Complete joke.

Our Toby has been a patient at Banfield for almost 16 years. Pat and her team at the front desk are awesome. The only thing I would change is the admission process. It’s way to long. Dr C is amazing and very informative and compassionate.
