Banfield Pet Hospital

I scheduled an appointment weeks ago for a vaccination, only to receive a call from the front desk on the day of my appointment informing me that they were not taking appointments for vaccinations today. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, as I had planned my schedule around this visit. A last-minute cancellation like this is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a medical appointment. Clear communication and proper scheduling management should be a priority. Very disappointed with this experience.

Dr Goodknight and Dr Flynn are amazing doctors at this location. One of the main reasons I made this Banfield my permanent location is because of Jade! I appreciate how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional she is with my babies. I feel at ease knowing she’s helping care for them and Banfield has such a gem in Jade representing them! Thanks for all you do!

I had a really bad experience, I got my dog there for medical grooming, she went under anesthesia because she was matted, and it was supposed to be easier for the vet to groom her. But instead, I got my dog with a lot of cuts. Between her legs, her sanitary areas were bleeding, her neck and behind her ears, and even with all that she still had matts. I don't recommend this place at all

The lady at the desk is really unprofessional. I live an hour away and when I got there with my baby Koda they cancelled her appointment. Koda was due for her puppy shots. That has to be done in a certain time frame. This is the second time they have cancelled me. Others got to go back but us no. We had to leave. The lady said she called me the day before so I checked to be certain and no, she didn't call me. I confirmed my appointment like they ask. I'm on time. New to the vet all together and so far my experience has been awful!

We have been going to Banfield for a little over a year now and cannot speak highly enough about their level of care! They go out of their way to take exceptional care of our pets and we are forever grateful. Thanks for everything!

My fiancé and I recently got a 7 month old puppy who needed a new home. Unfortunately we had very minimal info when it came to his vaccinations and needs medication-wise. We started looking into a few options for vets, then we chose Banfield Pet Hospital. Once we got there and met the nurse, Bree and Dr. Faranda, we immediately knew we’d made the right choice for our veterinarian. They made us feel right at home, answered all of our questions, and were extremely informative. I was beyond highly impressed by both of them with how they handled our dog, since he’s a bit skidding still, and cared for each and every one of his needs. If you’re looking for a vet to go to, DEFINITELY pick this one!
