The second I walked in with my dog I instantly felt welcomed and my dog was getting all the love. The team took amazing care of him and he was a happy boy when we left. They are knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Banfield!

West Valley is the best. I’m driving from salt lake to have my dog treated there, almost everyone that works there have been there from a while -they are good at their job, and they work efficiently. I always get the best service there. Just for example for the yearly check up, in most Banfield’s clinics I had to drop my dog in the morning and pick her in the afternoon, but in West Valley I’ve just waited 30 minutes and we were done. I highly recommend them!

I like Banfield Pet Hospital in West Jordan, for our dogs. They are very knowledgeable and Mary is very helpful and kind. Banfield is very affordable and they don’t always upcharge you. I recommend Banfield to all my pet friends parents.

The prices are outrageous for the service. The technicians will make you do the work for your pet unless they put your pet out with drugs. After spending a year spending $150 a month for two cats, I decided to go find a better vet. That will be very easy because the bar is extremely low.

11/11 My issues have still gone unresolved dating back to July. I am still being charged monthly for services I haven't received for my pet in over two years. I have a point of contact but every time I call she is not there. I am beyond frustrated at this point. 9/6/24 I have been playing phone tag with Banfield since July. No one seems to care that I am still being charged for services I can't receive due to staffing issues. I asked to delay payment and they did NOT do that and are continuing to charge me monthly. When I call the office it rings after the automated messages then I am disconnected. I would not recommend Banfield or the Wellness plan to anyone. I have been paying for these services for 2 years and have been unable to get an appointment for my pets check up, shots or dental cleaning (all services I am paying for). When I finally get an appointment it is cancelled the day before. I tried reaching out to West Jordan and they told me they only had a vet on certain days and to call another location. Banfield has let me and my pet down. I sent an email to Banfield Cares on 7/18 and have not received a response other than an automated email as of 7/29. Someone contacted me on 7/30 and I called back on 8/2. I left a message and was informed I would get a call back on 8/6. As of today, 8/11, I have still not heard back. Additionally, they renewed my Wellness Plan ignoring my request for it to be put on hold pending a conversation with someone about the issues I have been experiencing.
