Just moved here and my first visit at this Banfield was seamless. From Jamie up front, to the very friendly vet tech, to the doctor I spoke with on the phone, it was a great experience from start to finish. I'm glad I found a vet that makes me feel heard and understood. They make my pet's health their top priority.

Banfield has always done the bare minimum to help out in any situation. I was with them for 2 years, and never once did they try to go out of their way to help. Honestly would not recommend. They are cheap which is nice but not worth it if you’re looking for accommodation and helpfulness. Tried to make the last of my wellness plan useful and take my dog to get her vaccines but once they found out I was not renewing, they were going to make me pay out-of-pocket. Even though I already paid for her last month… very unhelpful and scammy. Would not recommend! Higher end vet clinics are so much better.

We’ve been on the Banfield wellness plan for many years, and the experience is always great. Today, however, the staff was extremely awesome. I came in with two sick pets and everyone did such a good job being helpful and reassuring. Jamie up front was so kind and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure both my babies were taken care of quickly. I know they were having a busy day, but she was able to get us right in and seen by the doctor. Despite being busy, they took their time with my animals. The doctor was so wonderful and the vet tech whose name I didn’t get was so incredible with my temperamental cat, I almost couldn’t believe it. Today, we felt like family. Thank you so much, Banfield Southpark!

Jamie made me and my pup feel very comfortable here and cared for! She brought in a blanket and water for my dog and was extremely kind and made sure to check on us and give my pup some love while we were waiting:))

Thank you to Jamie at Southpark Banfield!! She works in the front of the hospital, and is incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk to. We had some medication issues for my older dog, and Jamie was the one who continued to figure it out. She returned phone calls and did an amazing job helping us get everything figured out!!
